인천에서 20년된 건물이고 호실마다 주인이 다른 오피스텔인데.. 1.5룸 매매가 3천만원이구요. 한 2-3년 정도 살려고 생각 중인데 보통 오피스텔 건물의 수명은 얼마나 하는지 궁금하네요 대부분 30년 정도는 거주하는데 문제가 없는지.. 그리고 건물의 미래가 궁금한데, 재건축 여부와 재건축이 되는 조건, 결정하는 대상 등이 궁금하네요 재건축이 됬을시와 안됬을시에 저의 상황은 어떻게 되는지가 궁금하구요 재건축이 된다면 저는 그동안 다른데 가있다가 건축이 완성되면 그대로 재입주하면 되는건가요? 만약 재건축이 안되고 건물의 수명이 다하면 저는 돈 한푼 못받고 그냥 나가야 되는건가요?
