요금제는 KT 4g LTE 무제한 사용중이구요(5g 아님). lte모드로 집 화장실을 들어가거나 엘리베이터를 탄다거나 지하층으로 간다거나 지하철을 탄다거나 산간오지(근데 영종도가 오지인가...)를 간다던가 할 때 잔 렉이 생긴다거나 데이터가 먹통이 되는 상황이 발생합니다. 4~5일정도 된 것 같은데 이게 뭐 처음 가본데서 안되는게 아니라 잘 되던 곳들에서 안됩니다. 다른 사람도 안되나 싶어서 주변을 확인해도 통신사 상관없이 저만 먹통이구요. KT 고객센터에 전화 해보니 사람을 보내서 해당 지역 서비스 상태를 점검해주겠다고 중계기 달아주겠다 하는데 우리집 화장실, 지하철 뭐 내가 가는데 다 따라닐것도 아니고... 일단은 됐다고 좀 더 알아본다고 했는데 이 상황에서 의심해봐야 되거나 조치 해볼만한 것이 뭐가 있을까요?
