익명이 굳이 의미가 있는지는 모르겠지만 그래도 의미가 있을 겁니다? 최근에 이직을 위해 경력공채에 지원을 했습니다. 이른바 4대 재벌 내에서의 이동이긴 합니다. 무엇보다 Job description이 맘에 들었고, 여러가지 우대사항이 제 경력과 딱 맞았습니다. 일단 지원서 입력 과정 자체가 엄청 빡세서 중간에 살짝 현타가 왔지만 일단 그까이꺼 하면서 열심히 쓰고, 약간 빡친김에 연봉도 좀 세게 써넣었습니다. 그런데, 어제 서류합격 통보가 온 이후의 인사?인재실? 행태가 영 거시기 합니다. 오늘 오전 10시 30분쯤에 면접날짜는 10월 xx일로 정해졌는데, 오전/오후/종일 중 가능한 시간대를 보내달랍니다. 그런데 10시 반에 보내놓고 1시까지. (응? 니네 일처리가 무슨 x소 같니?) 그건 뭐 그러려니 하고 알려줬습니다. 그리고 오늘 5시 30분쯤에 또 문자가 왔습니다. 채용사이트 가서 면접 진행 과정과 일정을 체크하라는 것이죠. 1. 자기소개를 5분짜리 PT 로 만들어서 공유하랍니다. (뭐? 아니 내가 지난번에 쓴 지원서 읽어주면 안되니?) 여기까진 참을만 합니다. 2. 선행과제를 해서 제출해달라는 데, 그건 뭐 그리 어렵진 않은데 어쨌든 10분짜리 PPT를 만들어서 발표를 하랍니다. 그런데...1번과 2번의 기한이 다음주 수요일입니다. 신입사원 채용이라도 이렇게 촉박하진 않을텐데 이 무슨. 뻔히 다른 직장 다니는 사람들한테 이게 뭔 갑질인가 싶습니다. 옛날 조직문화는 되게 별로였는데 요새 굉장히 변하고 좋아졌다고 하고, 제가 지원하는 곳의 수장도 굉장히 좋고 합리적이라는 같이 일했던 임원의 평판체크까지 해 놓은 상태라 사실 웬만하면 가야겠다고 생각했는데 솔직히 이제 반반이 됐습니다. 여러분 같으면 어떻게 하실 것 같습니까? 저는 계속 고민중입니다. 10일날 퇴근하고, 11일날 새벽에 저걸 내가 만들어야한다는 건데(주말/연휴에는 당연하지만 가족과 일정이 있습니다.)...이게 이럴 가치가 있나? 저 조직 진짜 이상한 거 아닌가 싶은데, 너무 꼰대스럽다 싶은데 괜히 제가 예민한 것일까요? 기탄없이 말씀해주시면 감사하겠습니다.
