말씀하신 조건만이라면 딱히 조건이 좋아보이지는 않습니다.
저연차셔서 연봉 500 (+a) 인상이 큰 연봉으로 보이시겠지만 다른 조건에 비하자면 겨우..? 라고 생각될 수도 있는 금액입니다.
출퇴근시간 2시간에 업무시간 1시간이면 하루에 3시간을 더 일하는데다가 규모나 발전 가능성이 높다고 보여지지도 않구요.
그리고 지금 다니시는 회사분들과 트러블도 없다면 괜히 이직후에 생길 변수까지 생각한다면 저는 이번에는 스테이 하겠습니다.
