 만 28세 남성입니다 최근 직장에서 건강검진 받았는데요 복부초음파, 흉부ct 소견으로 신장 물혹이 있다고 떠서 좀 당황스러웠습니다. 이것저것 알아보니 많은분들이 갖고계시고 큰 문제 없다고하여 넘길라니 또 찝찝해서.. 토욜에 초음파 검사 다시 받아보려고하는데요. 홍차넷 계신 선생님들의 간단한 의견 구하고 싶습니다. 이미지 올려드린 소견서에 특히 중격을 포함한 낭성병변이라는게 단일혹이 아니라 좀 나뉘어져있는 모양이라는건지.. 정밀 검사가 필요한건지 궁금합니다. +여태 불편함을 모르고 살아왔고, 통증같은거 느껴본적이 없어 의미 안두고싶어도 신경이 쓰이네요.. 신장낭종(물혹)이란게 양성부터 악성까지 다양한 형태로 존재할 수 있습니다.
완전 양성 같으면 그냥 존재한다 정도로 별 신경 안쓰고, 악성 같으면 당연히 그에 맞는 검사를 시작하게 되는데 애매한 경우가 문제가 되지요.
낭종 내에 선(격벽)이 존재하는게 점 애매한 경우인데, 이 경우 선이 어떤가에 따라 아무것도 아닐 수도, 아니면 악성 같을 수도 있게 되지요. 그 선이 어떤가를 보는 것이 검진 항목으로는 불가능 하기에 필요에 따라 추가 검사를 받으라는 의미입니다.
