검색 방지를 위해 어쩔수 없이 익명을 했습니다. 저희는 이번달 안에 전세가 끝납니다. 지금 전세가 하락기이기도 하고 저희는 좀더 보증금 낮은 데로 가서 빚도 좀 갚고 하려고 하는데 집주인이 전세가를 떨어뜨리지도 않고 버티다가 지금 급매로 내놓았어요. 집값이 싸다보니 보러오는 사람이 많아요. 근데 다들 계약은 하고, 중도금 일부만 주고 잔금은 내년 5월에 주려는 사람들이 있는 상황입니다. 저희는 계약기간 끝나고 임차권 등기 하고 소송을 걸 생각을 하고 있는데, 이렇게 집주인이 바뀌면 저희는 어떻게 해야할까요..? 일단 이렇게 걱정하신다는건 전세권설정이나 전세보증보험이 없다는 이야기겠지요?
집주인 입장에선 일단 버티기(전세연장)을 시도 할지도 모르겠네요.
