 30대 초반 남성, 술 담배 커피 안 함, 꾸준한 운동 그동안 심장 때문에 병원 간 적 한 번도 없없음 작년 여름 화이자 1차 맞고는 별일 없었으나 2차 접종 후에는 자던 중 심장발작. 증세가 오래 가지는 않았지만 물고기가 파닥거리듯 침대서 몇 번 튕겨올랐고 종종 갑자기 심박수가 높아지거나, 심박수는 일정하더라도 박동 자체가 강해지는 경우, 왼쪽 가슴에 가벼운 통증등의 문제가 생겼습니다. 증세가 반복되어 수차례 병원 방문 해봤지만 매번 검사상 크게 문제되는 건 없다는 말만 듣고 돌아갔어요. 병원에서도 별일 없다고 하고 이런 불편함도 더 드물고 약하게 나타나게 돼서 그러려니 하고 살고 있었는데요. 최근 아보다트 처방을 받아서 먹었는데 먹고 심장이 마구 두근거리거나 아주 강하게 뛰는 증상이 발생했습니다. 가만히 있는데도 숨이 가쁜 정도였어요. 3년 전에 같은 약 먹다 말았는데 그때는 이런 일 전혀 없었습니다. 내과에서 혈액 소변 엑스레이 등 검사 받았는데 아무 문제 없다 하셨습니다. 피부과에서는 심장 쪽 부작용은 들어본 적 없다 하시면서 일단 프로페시아로 다시 처방해주셔서 그거 먹고 있었고요. 이번에는 탈없이 지내나 싶었는데 또 3일차에 자다 깰 정도로 심박이 강해졌고 그게 두세 시간 정도 지속됐습니다. 이제 심박강도는 많이 잦아들었으나 그동안 없던 심장 쪽 답답함이나 은근히 쿡쿡거리는 통증이 생겼습니다. 오후가 된 지금까지 증상이 지속된 것도 처음입니다. 아무래도 심장 쪽에 문제가 있는 것 같다는 생각인데 앞으로 뭘 어떻게 해야 할지 모르겠습니다. 조언 주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다. 뭔지 잘 모르겠지만 자다 깼을 때 나온 심박변이 수치도 첨부해볼게요. 요즘은 2~30대에도 심근경색이나 뇌졸중 환자가 제법 생기는터라...
심장효소검사, 심초음파검사나 증상 있을때의 상태 확인을 위한 24시간 심전도 검사 정도 체크해볼수 있겠습니다.
증상 있는 와중에도 검사가 정상이라면 심리적인 부분도 확인해봐야할수있구요.
