예전에 한번 유부들아 힘들줘!! 라는 글을 쓴 사람입니다. 벌써 운동을 시작한지 2주가 되었습니다. 다름이 아니라 운동을 하면서 궁금한점이 생겨 질문을 드리고 싶습니다. 일단 지금 운동하는 방식을 말씀드리면.. 1주일에 4~5회 > 스트레칭 > 런닝머신 10~15분 (가볍게 걷는정도입니다. 중간에 한 2분정도만 달리구요) > 웨이트 한시간 + N분 (현재 가슴, 등, 이두 / 어깨, 하체, 삼두 / 복근은 매일 / 2분할 진행중) > 마무리 운동 10~15분 (보통 사이클을 많이 탑니다) 목표는 체지방 10kg 이상 감량! (인바디 쟀더니 체지방이 25키로 정도 나왔....) 이어서 질문입니다. 1. 2분할로 운동중인데 3분할로 바꿔볼까 하는데 조언 좀 부탁드립니다. 하루에 3군데 운동을 하다보니 각 부분별 운동시간이 적은듯한 느낌이 들어서요. 2. 위에 적은 운동 사이클에 턱걸이를 추가하고 싶습니다. 예전부터 턱걸이에 대한 로망이 조금 있어서... 물론 지금은 한개도 못하는 수준이 아닌 제대로 매달리지도 못하더라구요 (제작년엔 안그랬는데 부들부들..) 그래서 생각한게 웨이트 끝나고 마무리 운동 전에 턱걸이만 매일 조금씩 해볼까 하는데 도움이 될까요? 혹시 분할운동이랑 겹치거나 해서 부하가 더 걸릴지 궁금합니다. 3. 저녁식사 관련해서 질문입니다. 보통 퇴근을 하고 헬스장을 가면 8시가량이고 운동끝나고 집에가면 10시쯤 됩니다. 저녁을 챙겨먹을 시간이 잘 안나서 보통 퇴근전 (6시반쯤) 간단하게 옥수수 or 고구마 or 바나나 or 빵 한조각에 우유정도를 먹고 운동을 갔다가 끝난후에 저녁을 먹습니다. 이렇게 늦은 시간에 저녁을 먹어도 크게 상관없나요? 주변에서 운동끝나면 바로 자야지. 뭘 먹냐..라는 잔소리를 하는 사람들이 있어서... 그리고 저번에 비싸도 가까운데 가라고 추천해주신분들 감사합니다. 멀리 갔으면 정말 운동 안갔을거 같아요...(...) 다른건 잘 모르겠고 턱걸이 관련해서만 말씀드립니다.
저는 웨이트 전혀 없이, 철봉만 가지고 턱걸이 갯수를 늘린 경험이 있습니다. 처음에는 0~1개 였었고, 3월쯤에 시작했었습니다.
매일 아침이건 점심이건 저녁이건 하루에 두~세번은 철봉에 매달려서 버둥버둥 했습니다. 3~5분 정도씩 턱걸이를 해도 상관없고 매달려만 있어도 상관없습니다.
처음 2주, 3주를 해도 큰 변화가 없습니다. 하지만 심각한 마음으로 시작한게 아니라서 계속 했습니다. 그러다가 1달이 넘어가면서 턱걸이 2개를 성공했습니다.

보통 1달에 1개씩 늘어서 11월쯤에는 9개~10개 정도 하게 되더군요. 그리고 날씨가 추워지면서 철봉이 차가워져서(-_-;;) 그만 뒀습니다.
매일 조금씩 꾸준히 하시면서 웨이트까지 하시면 저보다 훨씬 빨리 느실겁니다. 하지만 시간이 1~2주가 아니라 몇 달이 필요하다는거 알아두시면 될듯 싶습니다.
저는 웨이트 전혀 없이, 철봉만 가지고 턱걸이 갯수를 늘린 경험이 있습니다. 처음에는 0~1개 였었고, 3월쯤에 시작했었습니다.
매일 아침이건 점심이건 저녁이건 하루에 두~세번은 철봉에 매달려서 버둥버둥 했습니다. 3~5분 정도씩 턱걸이를 해도 상관없고 매달려만 있어도 상관없습니다.
처음 2주, 3주를 해도 큰 변화가 없습니다. 하지만 심각한 마음으로 시작한게 아니라서 계속 했습니다. 그러다가 1달이 넘어가면서 턱걸이 2개를 성공했습니다.
하루에 두 세번, 다 합쳐서 10분도 안되는 시간이었기때문에 별 생각없이 꾸준히 몇 달이고 했습니다.
