저는 8개월 전에 반도체쪽의 누구나 알만한 외국계 기업으로 이직을 했습니다. 처음에는 항상 꿈이었던 외국계 기업 연구소로 이직해서 기분이 매우 좋았지만 본격적으로 업무를 시작하면서 다시 이직을 고민 할 만큼 불만이 쌓이기 시작했습니다. 분명 장점도 많은 회사인데 단점을 견딜수가 없네요 저는 이 상황에서 다시 이직을 하는 것이 맞을까요? 아니면 좀더 버텨볼까요? 이직하고 1년도 못채우고 나가는게 자존심 상하기도 하고 다시 이직 준비하는게 두렵기도 해서 고민이 됩니다. 1. 지식과 노하우를 배울 만한 전문가가 없다 --> 한국 연구소에 연구인력 저 혼자임, 매니저 전문성 없음 2. 미국 본사에서의 한국 연구소 투자 계획 철회 --> 설비 투자 및 인력충원계획 무기한 보류 3. 매니저와 성향이 안맞음 (가장 중요) --> 매니저가 전문성이 없고 결벽증임, 제 전임자도 매니저와 싸우고 나감 답변 미리 감사드립니다.
