안녕하세요. 밥먹다 급 든 생각입니다. 요즘 주말에 너무 게임만 하는것 같아서 의미 있는 일이 뭐가 있을까 생각해봤는데요. 동네에서 모의면접이나 이력서 조언같은걸 해볼까 하는 생각이 들었는데요, 제가 자격이 될지 안될지 아리까리 해서 질문하게 되었습니다. 일단 저는 인사팀은 아니구요. 기술기획하는 엔지니어 입니다. 회사는 삼성, 엘지, SK의 주요 계열사 다녔고, 신입 면접은 2번, 경력 면접은 10번정도? 이력서 평가는 서너번 해본것 같습니다. 지인들 이력서나 면접 컨설팅 해줬을때 반응은 괜찮았고요. 신입 입사 후 차장 달기 전까진 면접에서는 거의 안떨어졌었어요. 서너번 트라이얼 후 커피값 정도 (지원자가 커피를 제것까지 사는정도)로 해보면 어떨까 하는 생각이 들었는데요. 인사팀 출신은 아니어서 막 면접에 대한 전문성이 엄청 있진 않은것 같기도 하고 그래도 면접 지원자나 면접관이 된 경험이 있어서 나름의 노하우는 있는것 같은 뭐 그런 상황입니다. 당근마켓 같은데 올려서 저희 동 정도만 해볼까 하는데요 제가 자격이 될까요? P.S. 요게 장점일지 단점일지는 모르겠지만요, 사실 저희 임원이 사람좀 뽑아오라고 압박하고 있어서, 자격조건이 되는 사람이면 납치... 는 아니고 내부추천 같은것도 왠지 가능할것 같고 그렇습니다.
