잘 다니던 회사 떄려치고 멀리 여행갔지만 코로나터져서 급하게 복귀 그리고 힘들게 계약직일하던 중에 곳 계약이 만료됩니다. 하여 이직처를 알아보던도중 면접 일정이 겹치게 되어 회원님들은 어떤 사항을 중요시 하시고 이직처를 결정하실지 궁금해졌습니다. 1. 돈 2. 출퇴근시간 3. 업무편의성 4. 개인발전성 위의 네가지 항목으로 앞선 이직관련 글들에서 돈이라는 평가를 많이 보았는데 제 상황에 대입하다보니 과연 돈인가 싶기도 합니다. 1) 현재 - 금융산업권 금융업무는 아닌 일반 사무로 공무원 6~7급 급여 수준? - 6시칼퇴근, 별도 근태관리가 없어서 옆자리 사람들 30분씩 늦게와도 머라안함, 그리고 출근시간 20분 - 업무편의상 상, 예전직장에서 하던것과 산업분야만 다르지 같은 분야라 사실 하루 2시간이면 업무 끝낼수 있음. 다만 개인적인 발전가능성 전무 2) 면접오퍼받은곳 - IT 산업 중소기업 연매출 평균 500억? 2~300명정도 인원으로 급여는 현재연봉의 +800(적게잡아도 +500) 예상 - 출퇴근시간이 헬오브헬 편도 한시간 40분정도(예전에 출근만 3시간 반씩 해봐서 버틸만은 함) - 업무편의상 하, 절대 처음보는 산업 영역에 하던 일을 조금 비틀어서 경영관련 업무 다만 적응한다는 전제하에 개인 성장이 뚜렷이 보일 것 같음 3) 면접예정잡힌곳 - 공공기관으로 연봉은 적게는 300, 많게는 500삭감가능 - 출퇴근 시간 편도 30분예상 - 업무편의성 적절, 공공산업에 대해 이해하고 경력이 있어서 적응이 쉬움 다만 개인이 성장할 수 있을까 두려움 위와 같이 새로운 이직 대상목적지의 모양이 너무 상이합니다. 앞으로 면접을 위해 쓸수 있는 휴가도 단 2개! 라서 어떤것을 기준으로 움직여야 할지 고민되어 문의드립니다. 결국은 면접에서 떨어질수 도 있지만요 ㅠㅠ 고견을 나눠주시면 참고하여 새나라의 역꾼이 되기 위해 노력하겠습니다.
