  안녕하세요. 생동성 실험자 모집에 참가할 예정이라서 익명으로 물어보는 점 양해부탁드립니다(__) 다름이 아니라, 제가 요즘 코로나 관련해서 다니던 사업체가 망하고(...), 요새 재취업 중인데요, 우연히 생동성 실험자 모집글을 봤는데, 완료시 지급하는 금액이 생각보다 커서 솔깃도 하고, 비용 때문에 망설이기도 해서 의학관계자분이 있으면 한 번 조언을 구해 봅니다. 내용은 제가 이해하기로는, 한국베링거인겔하임 사의 "트윈스타정80/5밀리그램" 의 복제약인 셀트리온제약사의 "셀미스타정80/5밀리그램" 을 투약해서 복제약이 오리지널약만큼 효과가 있는지 알아보는 거 같은데요, 시험약은 아마 고혈압약인거 같더군요. 효능효과 설명글과 예측 가능한 부작용으로 기립성 저혈압이 있는 걸 보니까요. 시험일정은 먼저 스크리닝으로 적합한 피험자를 모집하고, 2박3일 일정을 4회 한다음, 그 다음날과 다다음날 아침에 방문해서 검사, 외래방문을 총 8번 하는 것으로 좀 번거롭긴 합니다. 그런데 제가 궁금한 점은... 높은 보수액이 약 자체가 일반인이 복용하기에 위험한 약이라서 그런걸까요... 아니면 이것저것 검사가 많아서 그런걸까요... 일단 제가 저 약에 대해 검색해보기도 했고, 저기 설명에도 적혀있는 걸보니까 고혈압 환자들이 복용하는 약 같은데, 그렇게 부작용이 큰 약은 아닌것 같거든요. 예측 가능한 부작용에도 기립성 저혈압만 강조되어 있고. 약을 한 알 복용하고, 주 2회 텀을 두고, 그것을 4번 반복해서 고혈압약을 두달에 걸쳐서 총 4알 복용하는 건데, 제 생각에는 고혈압 약을 두 달에 걸쳐 총 4 알 복용하는 것이 일반인에게 큰 리스크가 될 것 같지는 않은데, 예상보다 큰 보수액이 또 맘에 걸리고요.. 금액이 클수록 생동성 약이 위험할 수 있다고 들어서.... 참고로 저것과 비슷한 다른 생동성 모집글은 주요우울장애 약이었는데, 예측가능한 부작용이 자살충동(...) 이라서, 놀라서 바로 그건 넘겨버렸습니다. 여튼 그래서 망설이고 있습니다. 보수액이 다른 생동성 실험 평균액보다 큰게, 저렇게 실험일정이 4번이나 참가하고 다소 번거로워서 그런걸까, 아니면 저 약 자체가 리스크가 큰 약인걸까... 의학관계자가 아닌 저로서는 알 수가 없네요. 혹시 저 약 성분에 대해 아시는 의학관계자 분 있으면, 저 약이 위험한 약인지 그 정도는 아닌 약인지 알려주시면 정말 감사드리겠습니다!(__) Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |

제가 내과는 아니지만 본문의 약은 이미 엄청나게 널리 쓰이고 있는 악제입니다. 저정도 용량이면 무슨 일이 생기기도 어려울 거 같네요.
덧붙이자면 항우울제 자살충동 얘기도 기저 정신질환 없는 사람이 생동성실험 수준 용량으로 썼을때 문제가 생길 가능성은 정말 엄청나게 낮다고 생각합니다. 법적 문제 때문에 써둔거라고 보셔도…
그리고 원래 생동성 알바가 보수가 꽤 클걸요? 꼭 위험해서라기보다는 입원이나 잦은 외래, 채혈, 기타 생활상의 제약 이런게 많아서 귀찮죠ㅋㅋ
