안녕하세요. 개인적인 내용이 있어 익명으로 여쭙는 점 양해 부탁드립니다. 대학교에서 계약직 1년 후 정규전환 예정으로 일했는데, 지난 목요일에 전환이 어렵다는 통보를 받았습니다. 그동안은 공채 채용된 분들은 시간이 좀 걸려도 전환을 시켜줘 왔다는데, 상황이 안좋다는 얘기가 돌더라니 반수도 넘게 떨구더라고요. 해서 갑작스럽게 3월부터 새로 일을 구해야 하는 상황입니다. 그동안은 집에서 요구하는 것도 있고, 저도 전공이나 관련 업무한게 있어서 학원이나 교육행정쪽을 바라고 해왔는데, 비단 이번뿐만 아니라 학생수가 줄어들어서 오는 걱정도 있고 해서 여러모로 고민입니다. 주변에서는 영어를 좀 할 줄 아니까 일반적인 회사-특히 무역회사같은 분야는 어떨지, 아니면 내일배움카드를 통해서 새로운 분야를 배워서 취직하는 것은 어떨지 이야기 하더라고요. 집에서도 사무직으로 한 회사에서 1년 남짓씩밖에 일을 못했다보니 중장비나 아니면 컴퓨터쪽으로 새로 배우면 어떨지 이야기 하시고요. 해서 - 지금껏 해오던 사무직쪽을 좀 더 알아보는게 좋을지 - 지금이라도 새로운 기술을 배우는게 더 유리할지 - 배운다고 하면 어떤 분야가 더 적합할지 회원님들의 조언을 겸허히 구해봅니다. 주실 조언에 미리 감사드립니다. 즐거운 한 주 시작하세요^^ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |
