요새 사회정세 이런걸 생각하고 하는 질문은 아니고, 글 소재나 생각할 겸 망상하다가 나온 질문입니다 정교하게 조작된 증거와 증인으로 무고를 당했습니다. 말하자면 현대판 몽테크리스토 같은 상황이라고 볼 수 있겠네요. 내 힘이나 사회의 힘으로도 이를 극복할 수 없게 되서 유죄와 징역형이 확정된 상황에서 정신이 붕괴되고 복수심이 북받쳐서 법정에서 이런 말을 했다고 합시다. 근데 저런소리 생각보다 많이해서.. 법정에 피해자가 나와 있다가 고소하거나 하지 않으면
판사검사들은 왠만하면 걍 끌고나가라고 하고 말거에요. -_-; 발언을 제지하는데도 계속 하면
구류할 수도 있는데 저정도면 법정구속하는 상황일거라 굳이 그거 더하려고 안할거고
만약 법정구속되는 상태 아닌데 저런 소리를 한다라면 그건 판사가 즉석에서 법정구속시킬 수 있을겁니다.
