먼저, 개인 신상이 많이 포함되어 익명으로 작성하는 점 양해 부탁 드립니다. 1. 현직장 매출 100억대, 영업이익 15% 수준의 국내 제조업 기반의 중소기업 (안산) 제가 볼땐 수익성과 안정성은 천천히 하락할 것으로 예상 연봉 : 기본급 4200 + 상여 1000 수준 2022년 기준, 8년차 R&D 연구원 2. 최종 합격한 직장 매출 400~500억대, 영업이익 5% 수준의 외국계 제조업 기반 기업 (대구) 제가 볼땐 수익성과 안정성은 현 상황을 유지할 것으로 예상 연봉 : 기본급 3600 + 상여 900 수준 2022년 기준, 7년차 R&D 연구원 제의 받음 여기가 직장 상황입니다. 얼핏보시면 왜 고민하나 싶으실 수도 있겠죠? 올 10월에 결혼식을 앞두고 있으며, 애인은 대구 토박이 출신에 대구 공기업을 다니고 있습니다.. 청약도 되어서 사실상 제가 터를 옮기는게 답이라 결혼식도, 직장도, 지역도 다 대구로 양보하고 있습니다. 저는 집안 사정상 이사도 많이 다니고, 혼자 산지 10년이 넘어서 지역 이동엔 크게 불만은 없으나, 연구원 개인으로써 연봉을 깎으면서까지 이직을 하는게 자존심이 너무 상합니다... 주변 말로는 대구가 물가가 싸고 해서 연봉이 전체적으로 낮은 편이라곤하는데.. 어찌하는게 좋을까요? 고민이 됩니다. 아 참고로, 현재 장거리커플로 쓰는 교통비만 연 600수준입니다. 고견 부탁드립니다.. 읽어주셔서 감사합니다.
