안녕하세요. 따로 방통대 법학과도 다니고 있긴 한데, 방통대 편입 커리큘럼상 기본법들부터 바로바로 들어오는 게 아니라서 속성으로 법학적 소양을 빠르게 끌어올려야 하는 입장이라 이런저런 다른 방법을 찾아보고 있습니다. 작년 상반기에 법전원협회에서 변시를 위한 표준판례라고 해서 주요법 판례 3400개 정도를 뽑아놨더라고요. 민법 정도나 겉핥기 식으로 했지 노동법 행정소송법 외에는 조문 공부가 거의 되지 않은 상태에서 이걸 보는게 큰 의미가 있나 싶긴 한데 또 읽다보니 도움은 되는거 같거든요. 그나마 알고 있는 민법을 읽고 있어서 그런가.. 형법 행정법 상법등 기본법들 조문 특강 같은걸 쭉 돌리고 보는게 이해는 깊어질텐데 선후가 바뀌어도 문제없을지 모르겠습니다. 읽는 행위 자체는 평소에도 심심하면 질의회시집 소설책 읽듯이 읽는 사람이고 어디 시험에 현출해야 할 상황은 아니라 깊은 공부 문제는 없습니다만.. 조언 좀 부탁드리겠습니다. 사실은 어떻게 출발하든 전체체계 이해까지 가면 소양에는 상관이 없고 그냥 공부효율의 문제만 남습니다.
전체체계->판례가 효율이 좋다고 생각하지만 반대로 판례를 보면서 이 판례는 왜 이런 결론을 내렸지?
아 이 체계와 법리에 의해 그렇게 되었구나 이 체계와 법리가 이렇게 구현되는구나 하고 효율이 나오기도 하는거죠.
공부는 어떤 순서로 하든 결국 나무의 이해가 숲의 이해를 돕고 숲의 이해가 나무의 이해를 돕게 됩니다.
그런데 어차피 업이나 시험현출이 목적이 ... 더 보기
