개인신상이 포함된 질문이라 부득이하게 익명으로 질문하게 되네요 정말 미안합니다 1.다세대 월세를 살고 있는데 자꾸 집주인 측이 부동산 계약시 자기는 한사람만 사는줄 알고 계약을 했는데, 알고보니 가족들이 살고 있는 집이니 한명당 추가로 수도세를 더 받아야한다고 합니다 정화조 같은 관리비도 추가로 요구하는것 같습니다 물론 저희는 분명히 부동산 측에 가족이 함께 살것이라고 이야기했고, 월세를 중개받아 정식 계약을 했고, 모든 계약금 월세 중개료도 공식으로 납부했습니다 계약서 상에도 한명당 추가로 뭘 더 받는다는 조항은 전혀 없구요 (그냥 월세에 수도세 +정화조 비용 추가된 구조에요) 분명히 집주인 측에도 입장을 말했고요 그런데도 자꾸 이야기를 집주인 측이 다시 꺼내며 은근히 계속 물고 늘어지는데 저는 어떻게 대응해야 할까요? 2.욕실 천장과 벽면 쪽에 심각한 곰팡이 문제를, 하얀 페인트로 교묘히 덧 발라 가려 저희가 욕실 하자가 심각한 채로 사기성 계약에 속았습니다 웃기게도 정확히 3주쯤 인가 한달 지나니 이게 발견되네요 집주인 측에게 따져봐야 분쟁이 심각해지고 세입자 입장에서 큰 손해만 볼것 같아 곰팡이 벽면을 스크래퍼로 대충 긁어내고 그냥 저렴한 스펀지 시트 따위를 후면 스티커로 붙이고 테이프라도 붙여 자비로 마무리 했습니다 이 경우는 제가 잘한 것인가요? 나중에 이사갈때 억울하지만 페인트 인건비 비용을 물어줘야 하나요? 집주인 측이 한마디도 이런 문제를 말한적도 없어서 화가 나네요 청소비는 계약상으로 지불해주긴 해야합니다 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |
