너무 감사하게도 좋은 조건으로 이직 제안이 왔습니다. 제안 받은 조건이 좋기는 한데 여러가지로 걸리는게 있어서 허심탄회하게 이야기 하고 싶어 질문글을 올립니다. 몇번의 질문글을 통해 정보를 깔 수록 좋은 조언이 나오는 것같아 최대한 오픈하겠습니다. 제안 받은 조건을 적어보겠습니다. 괄호는 현직입니다. 경력 : 10년차 기본 연봉: 8500 (7000) 예상 인센티브 : 2000 (1000) 고용형태 : 전문계약직 (정규직) 출근 시간 : 8시 (9시) 퇴근 시간 : 동일 통근 거리 : 1시간10분 (1시간) 기타 복지 : 장단점이 있으나 이직할 직장이 약간 더 좋은걸로 알고 있음 전반적으로 금전적인 대우는 확실히 플러스이나 제일 걸리는건 계약직인 것 입니다. 제안 받은 회사의 업종이 금융권이라 모든 경력직 채용이 전문계약직이라 업계 특성상 어쩔 수 없긴 합니다. 걸리는건 해당 회사는 정규직 제안이 거의 없고 무기계약직 형태로 계속 다닌다는 불안감이 있습니다. 다행인 점은 웬만하면 자발적이지 않은 이상 계약해지는 되지 않는다는 점이고요. 워라벨은 퇴근은 동일하고 야근 없는 것도 비슷하지만 출근 시간이 압박인데 이건 업계 특성이라 어쩔 수 없습니다... (점심시간이 좀 널널해서 은근 근무시간은 비슷할 것 같습니다.) 비전은 금융권으로 한번 진입하면 같은 업계로의 이직이 훨씬 쉬워진다는 점이 있습니다. 제가 목표로 했던 직종이기도 하고 해보고 싶었던 일이긴 합니다. 현직도 일은 괜찮은데 요즘 좀 나태해지고 있습니다. 요즘 이쪽 경력자가 귀하다 보니 회사 내에서 대우는 괜찮습니다. 현상태 아이가 둘이고 외벌이이고 고로 매우 돈이 필요한 상황은 맞습니다. 만약 정규직이었으면 크게 고민안하고 갔을텐데... 그냥 현직에서 적당히 고인물로 살아가는 것도 나쁘진 않을 것 같다는 생각이 듭니다. 저도 나이를 먹었나 봅니다. 1년전이면 고민안하고 도전했을 것 같습니다. 연봉 협상의 여지는 조금 더 있을 수 있는데... 사실 저정도가 상한선이지 않을까 싶습니다. 현재는 매일매일 기분이 달라지기는 하는데 그래도 40되기 전에 한번 도전해보자라는 생각이 51대49 정도로 앞섭니다. 여러분이라면 어떻게 하시겠습니까?
