안녕하세요, 이직 고민을 하며 머리를 굴리다가 뭐라도 조언을 구하고싶어 상담글 올립니다. 먼저 개인신상이 많이 포함될거라 익명으로 하는점, 그리고 향후 폭파할 수 있는점 양해부탁드립니다. 최근의 고민은, 내가 회사를 다니는 이유를 잘 모르겠다.. 입니다. 내가 회사에 필요한 사람인지에 대한 효용감을 잘 못느끼면서 회의감이 상당히 진하네요. 저는 국내 소재의 대학 xx공학과에서 학위를 받고, 현재는 yy 소재의 zz회사를 다니고 있습니다. 이제 4년째 되었으니 회사 돌아가는 사정 정도는 파악하고 있구요. 효용감이 느껴지지않는 이유는 결국 이 회사는 zz회사...라는 점 때문인 것 같습니다. 결국은 - 잘만드는게 핵심인 회사고 제 전공은 서브가 될 수 밖에 없는 것 같아요. 이런 고민을 오래해오던 중, 최근 우연한 계기를 통해 해외 취업(이직)을 고민하게 되었습니다. 생각하고 있는 곳은 1순위가 네덜란드, 2순위가 미국인데요. 해외 이직을 하려면 먼저 지금보다 영어 수준, 특히 회화 쪽을 훨씬 끌어올려야할 것고... 네덜란드를 가게된다면 네덜란드어까지도 필요하지 않나 생각하고 있습니다. 지금 계획은 2년을 생각하고 준비해보려고 하구요. 해외이직에 성공했는데 회사분위기가 생각했던것과는 다르다거나 할까봐 걱정도 되는데 이건 지금은 배부른 소리같네요. 해외이직에 대해서 제가 생각하는 것 외에 더 준비해야하는게 어떤 것일지(전공 관련 내용은 따로 준비하고 있습니다), 외국계 현지 기업들을 뚫는게 어느정도 난이도인지, 영어는 어느수준을 목표로하면 좋을지, 네덜란드어를 배우려면 어느정도 걸릴지, 외국계 기업들은 업무 분위기가 어떤지, 현지 적응은 어렵지 않을지(특히 네덜란드) 등등.. 아직 머리가 굉장히 복잡하고 제대로 정리도 안된 상태인데 뭐라도 조언 주실 부분 있으면 답변주시면 대단히 감사드리겠습니다. 불금 행복하게 보내세요. 네덜란드 안가봤고 그 쪽 업계는 모르지만 그래도 아시안이 살기엔 미국이 나을 것 같습니다.
일단 작성자분께서 네덜란드어 하셔도 아내분께서도 배워야하고.. 유럽에선 한국 식재료같은 거 구하기가 어려웠어요.
