안녕하세요. 선생님들 봐주셔서 미리 감사합니다. 현실적인 연봉 이야기가 있으니 주의 부탁드립니다. 저는 이제 곧 마흔이 되는 대기업 회사원이고 최근 VC에서 오퍼가 왔습니다. 아직 최종단계는 아닙니다. 현재 회사는 막 좋진 않은데 그래도 커리어 관리는 괜찮게 해온것 같습니다. VC는 원래 관심있던 분야고 해보고 싶은 일이었어서 어지간하면 가고 싶습니다. 면접관님이 좋아보이기도 했습니다. 그런데 제안받은 연봉이 세전으로 현재 기본급 +x +투자에따른 성과급 입니다. 저는 보통 기본급 +y 정도의 성과급을 받고 있어서 고민이 되고 있습니다. 사실 위 조건은 받아들일 생각이 있었는데 입사일정 때문에 당장 올해 성과급을 포기하겠다고 해야 이직이 가능할것 같아서 고민입니다. 현재 회사를 탈출하고 싶은 마음도 있는데요, VC로의 이직이 그 정도의 가치가 있을까요? 다시한번 읽어주셔서 감사합니다. 며칠 뒤 민감한 숫자는 삭제 하겠습니다.
