지금 직장에서 일하는건 좋지만 딱 한가지 불만이 있다면 집에서 너무멀다는것이에요. 가는데 2시간 오는데 2시간 이거든요. 전철도 2번이나 갈아타요. 그것도 사람많은 2호선을 갈아타서 죽을거같아요. 사람이 이렇게 많은줄 몰랐어요. 그래서 그냥 정말 진짜로 별생각없이 다른 회사를 검색해봤는데........ 집근처에 지점이 하나 생긴거에요!!!!!!! 심지어 잡코리아에 구인공고도 떴어요!!!!!!!! 마감까지 60일남았대나? 심지어 집에서 10분거리에요!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 하지만 여기서 문제와 고민이 몇가지 생겨요. 1. 저는 정규직이라서 계약이 내년 2월까지에요. 중간에 동종업계로 이직하면 불이익이 있다고 계약서에 써있어요. 그리고 중간에 이직하면 이 업계가 좁아서 ㅠㅠ 소문이 금방날거같아요. 그리고 지금 직장에서 잘 하고 있는데 상처주고 중간에 도망가듯이 퇴사하고 싶지 않아요 ㅠㅠ 2. 지금 다른 회사에 면접을 보고 내년에 이직할 계획을 세운다면? 다른 회사에 면접을 일단 보고, 거기에 내년3월부터 일할수 있다고 말했는데, ok하면???? 그럼 지금 회사에는 11월쯤에 저 그만두겠습니다 하면 될까요? 다음 사람을 구할 수 있게? 3. 지금 회사에서는 연봉 세후 약 2700만원 주6일 일하고 있어요. 다른 회사는 잡코리아에 연봉 세전 3000만원 주5일부터 시작한데는데 협의필요라고 써있어요. 경력직 3년이상구한다는데 그건문제없어요.(경력 15년차) 만약 막상 갔는데 아 전에 말한건 구라고 더 적게 줄거에요 하면 우짜죠? 왜냐하면 이 다른 회사의 다른 지점은 세전 2000이라고 써있거든요.......... 버는 돈이 더 적어져도 집에서 10분거리라면 가는게 나을까요????? 4. 이 업계가 정말정말 좁아서 사장들끼리 다 알고 지내요. 저는 좀 어.......좋게말하면 열일하고 나쁘게말하면 오지랖넓고 요란하고 시끄러운데 어..................잘 모르겠네 ㅠㅠ 지금 사장님이 유일하게 그동안 다녔던 회사 중에서 그나마 잘 맞는 상사라서..... 5. 다른 회사가 지금 회사보다 분위기가 좋을지, 업무강도가 비슷하거나 낮을지 모르겠어요. 보통 이 다른 회사에 대한 업계인들의 평가는 존내빡세다거든요............. 저는 쉬엄쉬엄 하고싶어요..... 지금 회사에 있는것도 정말 편의를 많이 봐주고 쉬엄쉬엄 하는편이고 부담없고 짬도있어서 땡땡이도 눈치껏하고....... 먼거빼곤 정말 편한데 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 고민이 됩니다.......... 아 이거 글쓰기 체크 뭔가 이상해여 자동삭제랑 익명이랑 같이해주세요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |
