나이는 20대 초반, 현재 군복무 중이고 전역까지 1년 넘게 남았습니다. 학교는 SKY 경영학과 재학중입니다. 신나게 놀면서 1학년 마치고 입대해서 학점은 3점 초반입니다..... 군에 있으면서 자기성찰할 시간도 많이 생기고 여러모로 진로에 대한 고민을 많이 해보게 되었습니다. 사춘기 때 스스로에 대해 많이 생각해보고 내가 좋아하는 일이 뭔지, 잘하는 일이 뭔지 많이 고민했었지만 아직도 어렵고 잘 모르겠네요... 주변 동기들은 슬슬 전공진입하고 각자 이것저것 길 정해서 달려나가고 있는데, 아직 저는 무엇을 좋아하는지 무얼 잘하는지 어떤 길을 가고싶은지 조차 뚜렷하게 정해놓은게 없으니, 답답합니다. 여러 고민을 통해 제가 생각하는 좋은 직장의 대략적인 조건들을 추려봤는데요.. 1. 자기가 좋아하고 적성에 맞는 일 2. 조직문화가 좋은 곳 (=함께 일하는 사람들이 좋은 곳) 3. 연봉 4. 여가시간이 많은 곳 (워라밸) 5. 자기계발과 자기발전가능성, 다른 분야로의 확장가능성이 높은 곳. 6. 사회적 지위 제 직업가치관의 나름대로의 우선순위는 1>5>2>3>=4=6 입니다만, 1과 2는 직접 겪어보지 않는이상 잘 모르니 5>3>=4=6 인 것 같아요.. 3,4,6중 어느것을 스스로가 더 우선하는지도 잘 모르겠구요.. 셋다 포기할 수 없는 것들인데.. 전공과 직업가치관을 고려해서 진로고민을 해봤는데.. 어떨땐 저게 하고싶다고 마음을 굳혔다가도, 또 다른게 하고싶어지기도 하고. 슬슬 하나로 마음을 굳힌 뒤 포커싱해서 전력질주를 해야하는데, 마음이 흔들리니 이러지도 저러지도 못하는것같습니다. 현재 대충 염두해두고 있는건.. (1) cpa 취득 (1)-1. 빠른 시간내에 cpa 취득 후, 남은 학기 다니면서 금융공기업 준비. (3과 4는 충족될 것 같지만, 5는 잘 모르겠습니다.) (1)-2. cpa취득후 회계법인 입사. 몇년 근무 후 대기업 이직 후 해외 MBA 수학, 이후 컨설팅이나 IB쪽..(3과 5는 될것같아 보이는데 4는 안될것같네요..) (1)-3. cpa취득 후 로스쿨. 이후 회계 관련 전문 법조인으로. 아직 3학년이나 남아있긴 하지만, 낮은 학점을 충당하려면 cpa가 있어야 로스쿨 진학에 유리할 것 같습니다. (빅펌들어가면 3과 5, 6은 충족될 것 같은데, 4는..?) (2) 행정고시 재경직 2와 6 말고는 충족이 될 지 모르겠네요. 주변 고시합격자분들은 다 같이 일하는 사람들에게 만족하고 계시긴 하던데, 조직문화에 대한 체감정도는 사람마다 다르니까.. 사회적 지위가 어마어마하다는게 메리트로 다가오긴 하는데, 공익을 위해 봉사할 수 있는 책임감과 마인드를 갖고있나, 라고 스스로에게 묻는다면, 글쎄요.. 잘 모르겠습니다. 제가 1-3 인데요.. 워라밸은 포기죠. 근데 .. 1-2는 불가능에 가까워요. MbA 다녀오실 재력되시면, 아예 Ib 직행을 도전하시는게 어떨지..
그리고 로스쿨에 cpa가 대단한 도움이 되는지도 모르겠어요. 제 지인 둘이 ky로 입시를 했는데.. 한명은 cpa있었는데도 떨어지고 한명은 없는데도 붙었거든요. 심지어 학텝릿은 거의 비슷했는데도요.. 씨파 후 로스쿨은 투자대비 산출은 별로 안좋다고 생각되네요.제가 휴학 한번으로 끝냈는데도 그렇게 느끼거든요. 그시간에 학점을 더 올리는게.. 체감상 씨파가 학점 0.1 정도 겨우 뒤집어주지 싶거든요.
만약 돈때문이다 싶으면 좋아요. 일하다 로스쿨가려면 씨파가 경력인정 수단으로는 대기업보단 괜찮은 느낌입니다.
