안녕하세요. 홍차넷 첫글이 이런글이 될지 몰랐네요... 실은 현재 재직중에 이직 제의가 들어왔습니다. 최대한 객관적으로 적어볼 생각인데 다른분들의 의견을 들어보고싶습니다. 현재직장 모바일 어플 자체 개발업체 메인 기획자로 업무중 현재 어플 개발은 거의 완료로 조만간 상용화 준비중 급여는 가끔 밀릴때가 있으나 열흘내로 입금됨 회사 분위기나 휴가에 대해 자유로움 현재 개발중인 앱에 대해 시장성은 있으나 성공을 확신할수는 없음 야근은 거의 없음 이직대상회사 SI업체 (공공기관 업무가 많음) 현직장보다 급여는 20프로정도 인상 회사분위기나 휴가가 현직장보다 경직되어 있는것으로 보임 급여지급이 안정적임 SI업체만의 수주등에 대한 불안감이 있을지도 모름 회사규모는 큰편 야근은 거의 없음 지금 고민인 부분은 첫번째로 제가 만든 어플이 시장성이 있을까하는 결과를 보고싶은 마음이 있습니다. 두번째는 지금 회사가 꽤 업무하는데 많이 프리한데 제 성격이랑 잘맞는다는 점입니다. 세번째는 급여인상과 가끔 급여가 밀린다는점이겠네요. 하나 더하자면 si회사의 불안함? 이 있다는점? 출퇴근 시간은 큰차이가 없습니다. 이런 조건이면 이직을 하는게 맞을까요? 결국 선택은 제 몫이지만 여러 선배님들의 조언을 들어보고 싶습니다.
