제 피부가 자극에 많이 약한 편인지 햇빛 알레르기와 금속 알레르기 반응도 나타나는데 이건 최대한 노출되는 환경을 만들지 않도록 하고 있습니다. 초등학교 때도 겨울철에 습진이 생겼다가 가라앉고는 했는데 20대 때는 크게 증상이 나타난 적이 없어서 크게 신경을 쓰지 않았습니다. 몇 년 전부터 손이 가렵기에 습진이 다시 생기는 건가라고 생각했는데 자세히 보니 안쪽에 물집처럼 투명한 수포가 조그맣고 여러 개 생겨 있더군요. 방치했다가 수포가 뭉쳐지고 터지면서 피부 바깥으로 굳어지고 갈라지고 하는 바람에 근처 피부과에 갔더니 한포진이라고 하면서 손가락에 직접 연고(?)같은 걸 투여하는 주사도 맞고 몇 달간 고생을 했습니다. 그 이후로 계속 신경을 쓰면서 관리를 해주어 표면적인 증상은 심하지는 않지만, 이러다 괜찮아지겠지라고 생각했는데 몇 년간 계속 나아지질 않으니 겁이 나네요.. 한동안은 1~2주에 한 번은 꾸준히 병원에 가서 처방약 받고 광선 치료하고 했는데 직장을 다니니 꾸준히 매주 조기 퇴근할 수도 없는 노릇이라.. 약국에서 항히스타민 세티리진염산염 사서 매일 한 알씩 먹고 있는데 잘 기억은 나지 않지만 최소 1년 정도 이상은 된 것 같습니다. 약을 먹지 않으면 하루 정도 지날 무렵 가려움증이 올라오구요, 가려움증이 올라올 때는 손, 발, 두피를 주로 해서 몸 전체가 가려운 듯한 느낌이 듭니다. 약을 끊고 가려울 때 올라온 것인지, 지금은 3~4일간 매일 먹고 있는데도 손을 자세히 들여다보면 미세하게 수포들이 보입니다. 약을 먹으면 가려움도 가라앉고 수포도 더 진행은 되지 않는 듯합니다. 세티리진염산염을 장기 복용했을 때 문제 될 만한 점은 없는지도 궁금하고 평생 이 증상을 가지고 가야 하는지도 두렵습니다. 몇 군데 병원을 가봐도 비슷한데 대학병원을 가도 마찬가지일지 무언가 다른 측면에서 도움이 될지 잘 모르겠습니다. 방문한다면 가까운 아주대학병원 으로 갈까 하는데 알레르기내과 보다는 피부과가 낫겠죠? 상세하게 써 놓는 게 좋을 것 같아서 쓰긴 했는데 다 쓰고 보니 그냥 말만 많은 것 같기도 하고 그러네요.;; 아시는 분 조언해 주시면 정말 감사드립니다.
