알고지낸지 15년 이상인 친구의 진로문제입니다. 제가 아는 부분이었다면 답안 제시가 가능했겠지만, 저는 4년제 다른과를 다니고 있습니다. 관련 지식이 거의 없다는 것이지요. 제가 아는 분들도 이쪽에는 별 아는 바가 없으십니다. 친구에게 도움을 주고싶어서, 홍차넷에 질문을 올려봅니다. (친구가 홍차넷을 본다면, 닉네임이 누구인지 알 거 같아 익명으로 올립니다.) 친구는 2년제 기계설계과를 다니고 있습니다. 인지도가 있는 전문대는 아닙니다. 군대를 다녀온 다음 2학년 1학기 재학중이고, 학점은 3점대 후반입니다. 올해 학점을 4점대로 올리고, 토익과 산업기사를 준비할 계획이라고 합니다. 친구는 설계직과 생산직 중 어디로 갈지 고민하는 듯합니다. 본래는 생산직을 갈 생각이었으나, 수업에서 설계직의 가능성이 있다는 말을 들었다네요. 제는 설계직을 4년제 엔지니어가 가는 진로로 알고있어서, 2년제의 설계직은 잘 모릅니다. 본 질문은 아래와 같습니다. 1. 2년제의 설계직도 제가 아는 공학자(엔지니어)와 동일한 것인가요? 2. 생산직과 설계직 중 어디가 금전적으로 유리한가요? 회사마다 차이가 있겠지만, 평균적인 연봉이나 취업난이도가 동일할지는 잘 모르겠어요. 3. 미래 4년제(사이버대학교, 방송통신대) 편입까지 생각한다면 어느쪽이 더 유망할까요? 개인적으로 편입해서 지방국립대를 가는 것을 말해봤지만, 사정상 취업을 우선시하는 거 같습니다. 그렇지만 미래에 4년제 학위를 따고, 더 많은 기회를 얻을 수도 있으니까요. 질문이 두루뭉실한 거 같지만, 제가 아는바가 적어 이렇게나마 적어봅니다.
