2021년 올해 32살이 된 중소기업 사원입니다. 현 직장에 있은지는 만 2년이 좀 지났습니다. 가족은 3살 차이나는 동생 1명과 부모님이 있고, 같이 거주중입니다. 동생은 공시준비 3년째인데, 희망이 있는지는 모르겠고, 아버지는 집에서 노신 지 3년째이며, 어머니는 식당에서 주5일 최저시급 받으면서 일하십니다. 제 수입은 현재 실수령 200정도 됩니다. 작년 초까지는 제가 체크카드를 만들어서 150씩 넣고 엄마보고 쓰라고 했는데, 작년 중순부터 여자친구가 생겨서 지출이 늘어버린 탓에 100만원으로 줄였습니다. 해당 체크카드에서는 제 생명보험 30만원이 다달이 빠져나가고 있습니다. (2024년 만기) 100만원으로 연애하고 어쩌고 하다보면 월급받는 주가 되면 잔고가 10만원 미만이 되기 일쑤입니다. 상해보험 10만원, 서울시 청년두배통장 15만원, 제 개인적인 저축 20만원 (미국 ETF에 장투중입니다)이 빠져나가고 나면 데이트 할때 여자친구랑 비싼데 가기도 빠듯합니다. 여행이라도 갈라치면 그 달 개인저축은 포기해야합니다. 부모님과 거주중은 집은 서울시내의 1억 5천짜리 3룸 전세입니다. 다행히 빚은 없고, 저와 아버지가 그동안 모아놓은 돈이 7천정도가 있습니다. (아버지가 마지막 직장에서 모은 돈 + 제가 이전 직장에서 모은 돈) 사실 8천이었는데 그동안 생활비로 1000정도 썼습니다. 현재 부모님의 수입이 늘 가능성은 0%입니다. 아버지는 때려 죽여도 일 안하겠다고 하시고 (남이 자기한테 뭐라고 하는걸 못견뎌하는 성격입니다) 어머니가 다니는 식당도 상황이 좋지만은 않은 상황이구요. 앞으로 원룸이라도 얻어서 독립하고 싶고, 이후에 결혼하려면 방 두어개 딸린 전세 빌라라도 하나 있어야 되고 차도 하나 있어야 될텐데, 이상태로 가서는 그냥 있는돈만 다 까먹으면서 살 판입니다. 긍정적인 부분은 현재 살고있는 전세집의 전세금이 오를 가능성이 매우 적다는것과 집에 빚이 없다는 것, 향후 몇년간 제가 이곳을 그만두게 될 일은 거의 없을것 같다.. 정도네요. (마지막 부분은 장점이자 단점이기도 합니다. 연봉이 적거든요..) 저는 앞으로 어떻게 하는것이 좋을까요? 인생 선배님들 조언 좀 부탁드립니다......
