| Subject | 소음 있는 도로변 남향 vs 조용한 북향 건물. 어디가 좋을까요? |

안녕하세요 이번에 원룸을 구하고 있습니다. 어느 정도 찾다보니까 대충 견적이 나왔는데요, 차량 많은 대로 가에 바짝 붙어 있고, 창문이 그 대로변을 향해 위치해서 차량 소음이 제법 있을것 같지만 남향 건물 vs 그 건물 정반대에 위치해서 창문이 조용한 주택가를 향하고 있지만 북향 건물 홍차넷 분들은 자신이 최소 2년 이상 거주한다고 가정하면, 이 2종류의 집 중에서 어느 쪽을 선택하시겠습니까? 보통 집은 남향이 좋다고 알고 있지만, 이 경우 첫번째 남향 건물은 남향이라서 일조량도 좋고 따뜻할것 같지만, 도로쪽을 향해서 큰 창문이 있어서 자동차 소음도 꽤나 있을것 같고 창문도 잘 열 수 없을것 같고... 두 번째 북향 집은 조용할 것 같지만 북향 건물이라서 추울땐 춥고 일조량도 첫번째보다 적을것 같고... 이래저래 장단점이 있는데 고민이네요. 다른 조건은 비슷한 것 같은데, 이 경우 어느쪽 건물에 사는게 더 나을까요? 홍차넷 회원분들의 고견 부탁드립니다. 저는 주로 북향 방만 쓰곤 했는데 냉/난방잘 되면 딱히 불편한 건 모르겠더라구요.
물론, 겨울에 외풍 강하면 좀 춥긴합니다만...
전 소음도 매우 싫어하고, 여름에 대로변 먼지도 심할 거 같아서 2개중 하나라면 북향하겠습니다.
