한 달 전에 네이버 스토어팜을 통해 해외에서 정품이라고 소개된 신발을 구매하였습니다. 물건은 오늘 받았는데 여러 모로 조악함이 느껴져셔 진품가품 비교 자료 등을 통해 알아본 결과 가품이라는 확신이 강하게 듭니다. 그래서 환불을 받으려고 하는데 저는 광고된 내용과 다르거나 제품의 하자로 인한 청약철회의 경우 통신판매업자가 반품에 따른 배송비를 부담해야 하는 조항(전상법 제18조 제10항)을 주장하여 해외배송비를 포함한 전액을 환불 받고 싶거든요. 그런데 판매자가 배째라 이건 정품이다, 단순변심이니 배송비는 빼고 환불해주겠다는 태도로 나올 경우 어떻게 대처해야 될지 모르겠습니다. 확실히 가품이라는 공인을 받으면 어렵지 않게 허위광고로 전액환불 받을 수 있겠는데 한국소비자원 상담사례에 따르면 정품여부는 해당 브랜드나 경찰서 등을 통해 확인하라고 안내 되어 있거든요. 근데 고작 20만원 짜리를 감정 받을 수 있을 것 같지도 않아서요. 이 경우 제가 전액환불을 종용이 아닌 강제할 수 있는 방법은 사실상 없는 걸까요? 안 해준다 하면 소비자원이랑 네이버에 진정 넣는다 열심히 센 척 하고 그래도 소식 없으면 그냥 배송비 3만원은 인생공부했다 치고 단순변심으로 환불 받는 게 맞는 건지요?
