경력직이고, 다른 직무로 옮겨온데다 저년차이긴 하지만 어쨌든 경력직입니다. 처음 입사한 팀에서 약 두달반 있었고, 팀이 바뀌어서(회사 내부 사정) 새로운 팀에 왔는데요, 수습평가에서 탈락할 것 같으니, 자신이 도와주는 거라면서 주말까지 업무와 보고를 요구합니다.(저번주에 팀이동, 당장 이번주가 수습종료) 실제로 작년에 몇명을 수습에서 잘랐다고 하구요. 이전 팀에서 있었을 평가에 대해서는 이야기해주지 않은채 무조건 너는 역량이 모자라다고 합니다. 사소하고 틀린 사실들로 역량이 부족하다고 끊임없이 이야기하구요. 직무를 옮겨서 처음에 헤맨 것도 사실이라 역량이 부족하다면 부족하지만, 정규직인데 이렇게 쉽게 짜를 수 있는건가 싶습니다. 뭐 한국에서 나가라 그러면 결국 나가겠지만 기술적인 툴과 방법론에 대한 지식이 어느정도 필요한 직무인데, 이전 경력이 전혀 다른 일이고, 다뤄본적이 없다는 걸 면접때 명확하게 이야기했음에도 불구하고, 일단 사람이 필요하다고 뽑고서 막상 들어오니 몇개월만에 평가로 자른다는 것도 이해가 가지 않구요. 주말 업무와 보고에 대해서는 치사하고 더럽지만 까짓거 해줄 수 있는데- 이 사람이 단순히 갑질을 하는 것인지, 정말 수습 탈락을 할 위기인건지, 그게 뒤집는건 가능한건지; 판단이 잘 안됩니다. 제가 대체 어떤 태도를 취해야 하는걸까요? 아무리 치사해도 수습에 떨어지기라도 하면 다른 곳 취업에도 지장이 있을까요? 무엇보다 이전 상사에 대해서도, 현재 이 상사에 대해서도 너무 정이 떨어지고 화가 나서 도저히 일이 손에 안잡히네요. 입사하는 사람도 인생을 걸고 들어온 걸텐데, 그냥 아무나 대충 인형뽑기하듯이 뽑았다가 마음에 안드니 수습이랍시고 자르는게 화가 납니다. 사람을 도구취급하고서 앞에서는 사람 좋은 척 했다는게 정뚝떨이에요. 제 문제가 아니라고 생각하지만 지적당한 부분들이 실제로 제 역량이 부족한 것처럼 느껴져서 자존심도 매우 상하구요. 어떤 태도를 취해야 할지 어떻게 멘탈을 잡아야 할지 도저히 모르겠습니다.
