안녕하세요. 운영진 Toby입니다. 홍차넷에서는 홍보나 정치활동 등 다양한 영역에서의 여론조작 시도를 걸러내기 위해 이중아이디 감지 시스템을 적용해놓았습니다. 이중아이디는 한 사람이 2개 이상의 아이디를 사용하는 것을 말합니다. 홍차넷에서 이중아이디로 인해 발생한 문제는 거의 없습니다만, 최근 이중아이디의 사용이 일부 감지된 바가 있습니다. 그 동안 이중아이디에 관련된 정책을 명확히 밝힌적이 없었기 때문에, 관련된 입장을 정리하여 공지드립니다. 홍차넷에서는 이중아이디의 사용을 금지합니다. 현재 규정상으로도 재가입시 페널티를 부여하는 규정이 있습니다. 이를 고려해보더라도 페널티를 회피 할 수 있는 이중아이디는 허용되지 않는 것으로 전제하는 것이 자연스럽겠지요. 한 사람이 여러개의 계정을 사용하는 것이 발견될 경우 적절한 확인절차를 거친 뒤 본 계정이 아닌 아이디를 삭제처리하며, 악용사례가 있을 경우 적절히 제재처리하겠습니다. 혹시 보유중인 이중아이디 계정이 있다면 이번 달 중에는 정리를 부탁드리겠습니다. 실수로 발생한 건에 대해서는 특별한 제재는 없을 예정입니다. 예를 들어, 비밀번호가 기억나지 않아 재가입한 아이디를 사용하고 있었던 경우 등은 미사용 계정 삭제 외의 별도의 페널티를 부여하지 않으니 걱정하지 않으셔도 괜찮습니다. 감사합니다.
