위기의 맨유, 39세 '최연소 감독' 부임 사실상 확정…스포르팅, 150억 위약금 받는다 https://www.xportsnews.com/article/1923192 예전에 텐하흐가 유임되는게 꼭 나쁘지만은 않을수 있다고 했던 입장이라 뭔가 그 하고싶은 말이 있긴 한데 마침 또 아모림,이라고하는 유능한 감독이 또 온다고하니 일련의 프로세스를 지켜봤을때 저는 일단 이 팀이 가는 방향이 맘에 들기는 합니다. 예를들면 이런겁니다. 무리뉴가 전임 감독이고 신임감독이 솔샤르여서는 안되지 않냐 또, 솔샤르가 전임 감독이고 텐하흐가 신임감독이어서는 안되지 않냐 하는 겁니다. 이제는 전임감독이 된 텐하흐 감독은 데헤아를 오나나로 바꾸었는데 이 둘은 플레이 스타일이 완전히 다릅니다. 기존에는 마샬이 9번으로 뛰고 있었는데, 새로운 맨유의 9번은 호일룬입니다. 이 둘도 플레이 스타일이 완전히 다르죠. 물론 텐하흐와 아모림의 스타일은 다릅니다. 하지만 그렇다고 이 둘이 솔샤르와 텐하흐가 다른것 만큼 다르지는 않습니다. 어쨋든 텐하흐든 아모림이든 전방압박이 게으른 마샬을 원하지는 않았을꺼고 빌드업이 안되는 데헤아를 원하지는 않았을테니 말입니다. 체소한 둘다 요로와 마르티네스를 팀내 주요 수비수중 한명으로 활용할것이며 두 감독 모두 매과이어를 유용하게 사용하기를 버거워 할것이다 라는면에서는 상당한 일관성이 있는 감독 교체.. 바란이 나가니까 요로를 데려오고 카세미루가 노쇠하니까 우가르테를 데려오고 우가르테가 들어오니 맥토미니는 방출되고 매과이어의 방출에 대비해 더리흐트를 영입하는 등등의 지난 이적 시장 움직임이있었는데 만약 그 시장에서 텐하흐가 없고 아모림이 있었다고 해서 머가 그리 다르게 움직였겠냐는..... 텐하흐는 팀을 리빌딩도 해야하지만 동시에 성적도 내야하는 입장이니 리빌딩에는 그래도 꽤 기여하지 않았냐 성적이 좀 안좋더라도 눈감아달라.라고 할수도 있었다고 생각합니다. 그리고 킹직히 지금 성적이 나쁜게 감독탓보다는 선수단 컨디션 문제가 더 크다고도 생각합니다만 아무리 그래도 그렇지 시즌 초반 9경기에서 승점11점 획득은... 엄... 분명 선수단 컨디션만으로 설명가능하기 어려운 면도 있었고 이미 지난시즌 부진한 성적으로 딸피였던 처지라 감독직을 유지하기 어려웠을것 같음. 전 갠적으로 이 팀에 필요한건 너무 많은 선수를 사오고 팔아야했던 운영방식에서 탈피하는게 우선이라고 생각했고 그런 운영이 되어가고 있는것 같아서 일단은 반갑읍니다. 이네오스는 과거 사이클 최강팀 팀 스카이를 인수해서 지금에 이르고 있는데, 작금의 이네오스 그레네디어 사이클 팀은 그냥 유기 수준입니다. 포텐을 로드가 아니라 MTB에서 터뜨리고 있는 톰 피콕을 제외하면 사실상 경쟁력이 있는 선수가 전부 사라졌으며, 그 피콕조차 전혀 컨트롤할 수 없어서 팀이 어디에 팔려다가 심지어 팔지도 못해서 내년에도 이 파탄상태로 그대로 가야 하는 수준입니다. 아무리 축구로 핵심 인물들을 다 데려갔다지만 이건 그냥 팀을 스스로 말아먹은 수준이죠.
정작 브레일스포드도 스카이 이후 이네오스 체제에서는 예전만큼의 운영능력을 못 보여줬던걸 생각하면... 랫클리프는 확실히 우유부단한 건 맞는거 같습니다.
