http://v.media.daum.net/v/20180118030334066 네덜란드에서 2달 일해보고 느낀 건 확실히 한국이 업무 집중도가 떨어지긴 떨어집니다. 오래 일하는 만큼 어차피 오래 일해야 한다는 생각에 근무시간에 집중하는 농도가 떨어지는 게 맞는 것 같습니다. 재미있는 건 암스테르담은 유럽의 홍콩, 싱가폴 같은 곳이어서 네덜란드 사람 말고도 수많은 국가 사람들을 만날 수 있는데요 (암스테르담 공식 집계로는 177개국 국적의 사람들이 암스테르담에서 살고 있다고 하고, 제가 일하는 부서도 400명 조금 넘는데 절반 이상이 외국인이네요-) 다양한 국가의 사람들과 얘기해 본 결과 일 오래하는 국가일수록 본국의 분위기가 근무를 늦게 시작하고 (출근을 일찍해도 실제 근무는 9시 ~ 10시에 시작하는게 대부분인듯요) 늦게까지 일하고 식사시간이 길고 휴게 시간이 긴 경향이 확실히 있는게 맞는 것 같습니다. 근무시간이 줄어드는 건 시대의 흐름인 것 같고 가만히 놔둬도 고융주들이 근무 집중도는 극한까지 끌어올리려 할테니 한국도 결국 여타 선진국처럼 업무 생산성을 높이는 방향으로 가게 되지 않을까 싶습니다. 이런게 선진화지 달리 뭐가 선진화겠습니까~ 좋은 방향으로 흘러갔으면 하네요. 공감하는게.... 제가 작년에 일 평균 근무시간이 더 적은 회사로 이직했는데요, 예전 직장에서 긴 근무시간에 맞춰 일하던 호흡으로 적응하려니까 상당히 빡세더라고요. 즉 일평균 12시간 일한다고 해서 8시간 일하던 것 보다 특별히 많이 하는건 아니었다는 이야기. 출근시간도 더 늦고 퇴근시간은 훨 빠르고 점심시간도 더 많은데 결국 최종적인 아웃풋은 동일하거나 더 많다는.... 뭐 그렇다고 야근을 안하는건 아니고 시급성이 있거나 마감이 빡빡한 일 할때면 종종 야근은 하지만 예전엔 일상 퇴근시간인 시간에 퇴근하면서 아 간만에 야근했네 이런... 더 보기

어제 전 회사였으면 하루종일 하고도 결재 안나서 며칠 더 고생할 일을 임원 팀장 부장 과장 다 앉아서 우리 이자리에서 지금 빠르게 쇼부 보자, 라는 취지로 한두시간만에 뽀개버림.... 의사결정권자가 자기자리 앉아서 우아하게 결재만 하는게 아니라 중요건은 직접 이렇게 나와서 실시간으로 잡아주니 훨씬 수월하더라고요.

어제 전 회사였으면 하루종일 하고도 결재 안나서 며칠 더 고생할 일을 임원 팀장 부장 과장 다 앉아서 우리 이자리에서 지금 빠르게 쇼부 보자, 라는 취지로 한두시간만에 뽀개버림.... 의사결정권자가 자기자리 앉아서 우아하게 결재만 하는게 아니라 중요건은 직접 이렇게 나와서 실시간으로 잡아주니 훨씬 수월하더라고요.
