https://news.kbs.co.kr/mobile/news/view.do?ncd=7712693 [후쿠시마 오염수 방류 계획을 철회하고, 수산물 안전성과 어업인 보호 대책을 마련하라고 촉구하는 내용의 결의안이 야당 주도로 국회를 통과했습니다. 국회는 오늘(30일) 본회의를 열고 후쿠시마 오염수 방류 저지 결의안을 재적 172명 가운데 찬성 171명, 기권 1명으로 가결 처리했습니다. 해당 결의안에는 민주당 박광온 원내대표가 제시한 ▲최소 6개월 해양 투기 보류 ▲한일정부 상설 협의체 구축 및 환경 영향 평가 시행 ▲상설 협의체 내 한일 전문가 그룹 설치 및 일본 5가지 선 검토 방안 공동 재검토 ▲안전한 처리 방안 구축 및 재정 비용 주변국 지원 제안 등 '7대 요구안'이 포함됐습니다.] 여기까지 본문 내용이고, 사실 강제성도 없고 국회에서 외교에 완전히 간섭할 수 없는걸 감안하면 그냥 정치적 명분쌓기에 불과한게 맞긴 합니다만, 그럼에도 불구하고 이건 필요한 행보였다고 생각합니다. 덤으로 27일에도 국힘은 결의안 상정에 반대해서 표결에 불참하고 퇴장한바가 있는데, '국회에서 여야 합의 없이 결의안을 처리하는 사례는 극히 드물고, 없는 사례다' 라고 주장하는건 언젠가는 합의를 해줄 생각이었다는건지 좀 의문이긴 합니다. 사실 외교적으로는 별 의미없는 결의안이긴 한데 개인적으로 궁금한건 '과연 대통령 거부권을 행사할까?' 하는것 뿐입니다. 당연히 후쿠시마 방류에 대해서 이렇게 말하는게 상식이죠. 오염수가 안전하니마니하는 여부를 떠나서 굳이 일본애들이 방류하겠다는데 상식적으론 옹호해줄 필요가 없습니다.
민주당도 일본이 방류하겠다는데 뭐 어떻게 막겠습니까. 말씀하신것처럼 명분쌓기용이죠. 예전에 러시아가 동해에 핵폐기물 버릴때도, 최근엔 중국이 서해안에 원전 수십기 줄줄이 세워도 정부나 국회에선 별말도 안하던데.
지금 정부가 외교적으로 뭔가 받고자하는게 있다고 믿고싶은데 그게 과연 그렇게 될지는 나중에 봐야알겠죠 ㅋㅋ 별로 잘될거같진 않지만요
