[영상] 8월 시행되는 반도체 특별법 무슨 내용 담았나 http://www.thelec.kr/news/articleView.html?idxno=16601 송영길 민주당대표 시절에 발의하고 통과된 법입니다. 반도체 회사에서 지정하는 인력이 해외로 이직하면 징역 5년 + 최대 20억 벌금 퇴직후 어디로 이직하는지 알려야 하며, 회사가 원한다면 출입국 기록도 확인 가능합니다. 반면에 해당 인력에 대한 지원은 아무것도 없습니다. 안그래도 한국이라는 지역적 특성상 미국 임금의 반으로 일하고 있는데요, 이제는 완전 가두리 양식이라, 임금협상 실패해도 그냥 주는대로 받으면서 다니라는겁니다. 문서나 물건을 빼돌리는 직접적인 정보 유출을 하지 않는이상, 일 잘하는 노동자는 평가와 처우로 유지해야 할텐데요, 왜 전직의 자유라는 기본권을 아예 박탈해버리는지 이해가 되지 않습니다. 전직이 안되면 결국 회사에 매달릴수밖에 없으니까요. 그리고 해외의 우수한 인력들이 저런 패널티를 안고도 국내 반도체 업체에 올지도 모르겠습니다. 지금도 연봉은 못맞춰주니 가족과 부모님 생각하라고 읍소하면서 데려오는 상황이거든요. 국내 박사들도 어지간하면 나가거나 반도체 선택하지 말라고 할것 같고요.
