저 개인적으로는 ~__~ '한 인간이 능동적으로 결정내려서 행동으로 옮긴 것'이 그 사람에게 가해진 일 보다는 더 personal하고 그가 어떤 사람인지 대변해준다고 생각해요. 그리고 그 행동에 대한 책임은 세월이 얼마나 지났든 져야하겠죠.. (이게 의무론인가요 ~_~ 모르겠네욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋ)

어느 누구나 상황에 따라 가해자도 되고 피해자도 되는건데.. 본인이 가해자 입장일때의 consequence를 이야기 하고 있는데 피해자일때의 입장+감정호소로 디펜스 논리를 펴는건 쌩뚱맞은 것 같아요.
그레이트팤이 어린나이에 부모 잃었다고 "아몰랑 아무튼 까방권+무죄권(?)!!!" 을 주장할 수 있는 건 아니잖아요 ㅡㅡㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
또 폴란스키의 영화관/예술적 감성 또는 능력?도 따로 볼 수 있을 것 같고요... 이건 평가하는 개개인의 morality나 취향에 따라 갈리겠죠 ~__~
