https://imnews.imbc.com/news/2021/politics/article/6162663_34866.html 일단 제목은 하태경 의원이 제보를 받아 국방부 장관에게 질의한 내용으로 사실관계는 아직 확인되지 않았습니다. 하지만 당연히 칭찬을 받는 분위기는 아닐테죠. 개인적으로 군 혹은 학교같은 다소 경직된 조직에서 저런 류의 삽질이 자꾸 나오는 이유는 기본적으로 '사람들이 모여있는 곳에선 문제는 늘 일어날 수 밖에 없다' 라는 대명제를 부정하기 때문이라고 생각합니다. 이미 일어나버린 사고, 드러나 버린 문제 앞에서 가져야 할 태도는 문제를 부정하고 그걸 제기하는 목소리를 묵살시키는 게 아니라 그걸 잘 해결하려는 노력이겠죠. 그리고 문제를 인정하는 걸 두려워하지 않는 분위기가 만들어져야 문제의 원인과 재발 가능성을 낮출 수 있는 해답도 만들어질 수 있을 테고요. 하지만 교실에서 이미 일어난 학교폭력 사건을 원칙에 따라 공식적 절차 속에서 잘 해결한 교사나 군대에서 이미 일어난 사고나 문제를 공적 절차로 잘 해결한 지휘관보다, 재임 기간동안 일어난 모든 문제들을 비공식적으로 무마하고 묵살한 이들이 더 높은 평가를 받는 지금의 기준이 바뀌지 않는 이상 저런 문제는 계속 반복될 것 같네요.
