4일 : 국무총리가 청와대 관계자/지자체 중 서울시 관계자는 제외한다고 발표. (땅이 아닌 사람을 조사하는게 말이 안된다)
5일 : 여론이 안좋아지자 청와대 관계자들도 넣어라라고 지시
이는 모집단 파악이 잘되고 있지 않다는 증거이다. 등등.
