https://news.v.daum.net/v/20200625060704739 - 전북지방경찰청 112상황실에 한 중년남성이 딸이 납치당했다고 신고했다. 딸이 어떤 방에 갇혀있는데 그 위치를 몰라서 문제였다. - 경찰은 강력범죄 현행범을 잡아야 할 때 내리는 '코드 제로(0)'를 즉시 발령하고 아버지와 마지막으로 통화한 딸의 휴대전화 위치를 추적했다. - 발신지는 익산시의 한 아파트. 경찰은 가용인력을 총동원해 아파트 주변을 에워쌌으나, 1천 가구가 넘는 아파트 중 어느 방에 딸이 갇혀있는지 알 길이 없었다. - 이때 112상황실 직원이 기지를 발휘해 친구인 척 딸에게 개인 휴대전화로 연락해 마음을 다독이고 상황을 파악했다. 딸은 성범죄 피해를 입었고 안방에 갇혀 있으며, 가해 남성은 다른 방에 있고, 아파트 동이나 층수 등 자신이 있는 정확한 위치는 모른다고 했다. - 상황실 직원은 딸에게 베란다로 얼굴을 보여주거나 휴지나 옷 같은 것을 걸쳐놓아서 위치를 알려달라고 다시 한번 부탁했다. 딸은 망설이다가 난간에 이불을 걸고 베란다를 통해 모습을 드러냈다. 그녀는 밖에 편의점과 헤어샵을 볼 수 있었고, 곧 신고했던 자신의 아버지를 발견하고 오열했다. - 이를 확인한 경찰은 신고 1시간 만에 굳게 잠긴 현관문을 강제로 열고 집 안에 들어가 딸을 무사히 구출했다. 집 안에 함께 있던 A씨를 감금 및 성범죄 혐의로 현행범 체포했다. 아파트 전체를 가가호호 방식으로 수색하다가는 자칫 피해자가 위험해질 수 있어서, 피해 여성에게 직접 전화하되 친구처럼 대해서 안심시키고 용기를 북돋는 기지를 발휘해서 피해자가 다치지 않고 무사히 구출될 수 있도록 하였습니다. 상황실 직원의 기지가 대단하군요.
