정부에서는 그러한 바늘을 사용할 경우 비용을 인정하고 있지 않습니다.
그러니 소독해서 쓸 수 있는 것은 소독해서 쓰자는 기사가 나오지요.
제가 초음파를 쓸 때 사용하는 소독용 포가 단가가 5000원입니다.
초음파값 3-5만원, 관절강내 주사료 1-2만원인데
이 때 사용하는 소독용 비닐같은 1회용 재료가 소독용 포 5000원, 기타 1회용 재료비까지 합하면 대략 만원정도가 발생합니다.
환자에게 대략 5만원 정도 받을 수 있다고 볼 때 1회용 재료대가 만원정도 발생하면 20%가 1회용재료대가 발생하는 것이지요.
일반적으로 가격의 20%면 충분히 감내할 수 있다고 생각할 수 있지만,
주유소나 슈퍼같은 공산품을 유통하는 경우를 제외하고는
제품의 원가가 판매가의 30%를 넘어가면 그 사업의 지속가능성은 진지하게 생각하여야 합니다.
그런데, 1회용 소모품의 가격이 소비자가의 20%를 육박하면 원가절감의 압박을 느낄 수 밖에 없죠.
