(대단한 자랑거리) 실력은 신빠름을 가끔씩 깨는 정도. 한 번 클리어하는데 6시간 가량 걸리는데, 한 20-30시간은 해야 한 번 깨는 듯 합니다. 최고기록은 167 168턴 즈음이지만 평균적으로 가뿐하게 200턴은 넘깁니다. 보통속도가 병참사업 석궁병으로 농락하는 맛이 있어서 더 재미있긴 한데 그냥 자기만족 정신승리하려고 빠름으로 합니다. 타문명/도시국가 상대로 일꾼 뺏기나 전쟁 전에 전쟁 사주 해두는 짓은 아무런 죄책감 없이 하지만 소금 스타팅은 안 하는 나름의 도덕률이 있습니다. 소금 하나 뜨면 인구+1 되는거나 마찬가지라 좀 사기인 듯. 종족은 랜덤으로. 베네치아는 딱히 해 보고 싶지가 않아서 안하고 아시리아 폴란드는 잘 안 걸려서 아직 못 깨봤습니다. 정복하려고 게임합니다. 늦어도 석궁병부터는 싸워줘야지, 기병야포까지는 도저히 못 기다리겠음. 늦게 나갈수록 유리한 건 알고 있지만 내정이 재미가 없어요. 전쟁없이 클리어한 적은 제 기억에 딱 한 번 있는 것 같습니다. 우연히 전통을 찍었는데다가 정찰해보니 야포는 커녕 비행기가 떠도 정복이 불가능한 지형이었기 때문에 내정 플레이를 한 번 해봤는데, 지루함에 아주 학을 떼서 이후로는 전쟁없는 게임은 시도도 안 했습니다. 근데 그나마 이것도 뉴월드 시절 이야기라는 것이 함정. 오리지날하고 신과왕 때는 오로지 싸움만 했습니다. 테크트리는 사치 -> 문서 -> (3시티이하면철학) -> 석궁 -> 기사 -> 교육 -> 야포 -> 이념 -> 석유 -> 탱크 망할 뉴월드는 사실상 합궁러시가 불가능해서 초반엔 방어만 하다가 석궁 뚫고난 다음에 나갑니다. 합궁러시를 못하는 울분을 담아서 르네상스에나마 전쟁을 즐기기 위해 교육보다 기사 먼저 뚫습니다. 그리고 또 한 번 망할 뉴월드는 사실상 비행기가 수비 전용이라서 비행기 안 타고 탱크 몰고 다닙니다. 정책은 자유 -> 친목질좀 될 거 같으면 후원+합리, 아니면 상업 -> 눈치봐야되면 체제, 아니면 전제 신과왕까지는 정책 골라먹는 맛이 있고 전통+자유+명예 섞어서 행복도 만땅 채우고 가기도 했는데 세 번 망할 뉴월드는 사실상 명예가 게임 포기 수준이라 웬만하면 자유입니다. 가끔 전통. 쓰다 보니 생각난건데, 이건 좀 비밀이지만 전 뉴월드 확장팩을 싫어합니다. 턴골 거래만 되는 건 괜찮지만, 그러려면 10배 100배 정도 인플레이션을 하든지 해서 가격을 좀 딱 떨어지게 맞춰 줘야지, 전략 자원을 하나씩 팔면 2턴골씩인데, 4개 한꺼번에 팔면 5턴골이라니 이게 뭡니까. 세계의회는 세계대회 세 가지와 세계이념 빼면 굳이 찍고 싶은 안건이 없고. 인터페이스도 통일성이 없어서 어떤 때는 오른쪽이 yes고 어떤 때는 왼쪽이 yes. 관광은 처음엔 뭔 소린지 이해도 잘 안 되고, 대작 슬롯 맞춰 넣는 것도 재미는 개뿔 없고 눈알과 머리만 아프지요. 체제+관광 전파력에 따라 인민 저항하는 그거. 급 행복도 하락으로 빡칠 일만 있지 이 시스템때문에 재미를 느낄 경우가 있나요? 하지만 저의 뉴월드에 대한 견해는 딱히 중요한 일이 아니니까 시시콜콜 자세히 이야기하지 않고 이만 줄이겠습니다. 끝.
