안녕하세요. 저번 달에 PGR에서 GTA Online 캐릭터가 삭제되었다는 글을 올린 적이 있습니다. 혹시라도 모르시는 분들을 위해 간략하게 설명해 드리자면, 제가 플레이 하고 있던 플랫폼은 PS4였고, 이미 PS3로도 즐긴 적이 있었습니다. GTA Online에서는 캐릭터 전송이라는 서비스를 제공하는데 이것은 전세대기(PS3, Xbox360)로 게임을 즐겼던 사람들이 차세대기(PS4, Xbox One, PC)에서도 게임을 할 때 전세대기에서 플레이했던 캐릭터를 차세대기로 옮겨주는 서비스입니다. 저는 처음부터 PS3의 캐릭터를 전송하지 않고 새로 캐릭터를 생성해서 즐기던 와중에, PS3 캐릭터에 있던 돈 10만 달러가 아깝다고 판단해서 캐릭터 전송을 하게 되었습니다. GTA Online에서는 캐릭터 슬롯이 2개였고, 전 하나만 사용 중이니 당연히 빈 슬롯에 PS3의 캐릭터가 옮겨질 거라 판단을 했지만, PS4의 캐릭터가 사라지고 그 자리에 PS3의 캐릭터가 자리 잡게 됩니다. 새벽에 제대로 멘탈이 터지는 사건이 발생한 것이죠. PS4로 플레이 하던 캐릭터는 랭크 113, 사용한 달러만 1000만 달러에 이르는 캐릭터였고, PS3에서 옮겨진 캐릭터는 랭크 70 정도에 무기도 다 갖춰지지 않은 상태의 잠깐 즐긴 캐릭터였습니다. 결국, 그 옮겨진 캐릭터를 삭제하고 다시 캐릭터를 만들어서 처음부터 키우기로 했습니다만, 외모도 비슷하게 만들었어도 크게 정이 가질 않더군요.  - 새로 만든 캐릭터였습니다. - 이리저리 정보를 구해보던 저는 락스타 서포트에 직접 롤백을 요청했습니다. 아래는 경과사항입니다. 요청은 제가 쓴 글이고, 답변은 락스타 서포터들이 작성한 글입니다. 5월 15일 오전 3시 12분 요청 처음으로 롤백을 요청한 시간입니다. 얼마나 제가 멘탈이 터졌으면 한글로 요청했더군요. 5월 16일 오전 2시 16분 요청 다시 영어로 요청했습니다. 위에 제가 실수한 사항을 자세히 적었고, 최대한 부탁하는 방향으로 글을 올렸습니다. 5월 17일 오후 3시 37분 답변 "랭크 다운된 거 확인했어요. 그러니까 그만큼 경험치 줄게요." 네, 접속하니 랭크만 113이 되더군요. 5월 17일 오후 4시 43분 요청 "제가 원하는 게 이게 아니에요. 캐릭터 롤백을 원해요. 혹시 안된다면 돈이라도 주던가요. 쓴 돈이 얼만데..." 5월 18일 오후 3시 27분 답변 "롤백하면 지금 플레이한 거랑, DLC 캐시 결재한 정보도 다 사라져요. 그래도 괜찮아요?" 5월 18일 오후 4시 45분 요청 "상관없으니까 롤백해 줘요." 5월 21일 오후 2시 43분 답변 "기다리게 해서 미안해요. 우리는 당신의 요청을 관련된 부서로 보냈어요." - 이 글은 앞으로 몇 번 더 보시게 됩니다. (토시하나 틀리지 않았어요.) 여기까지만 해도 전 금방 롤백이 이뤄질 줄 알았습니다. 루리웹 GTA5 갤러리에서 검색 했을 때, 2-3일 내로 해결 되었다는 글을 본 적이 있기 때문이었죠. 하지만 전 여기서 한 달이 넘는 기간을 소비하게 됩니다. 중간에 어떻게 되어 가고 있는지 빠른 답변을 요청하는 글을 쓰기도 했지만, 읽기만 하더군요. 6월 26일 오후 12시 30분 답변 "문제확인 했어요. 당신의 정보를 알려주면 롤백해 드릴게요." 6월 26일 오후 5시 38분 요청 "내 플랫폼과 PSN 아이디는 이러이러합니다." 6월 26일 오후 8시 14분 답변 "기다리게 해서 미안해요. 우리는 당신의 요청을 관련된 부서로 보냈어요." 6월 27일 오후 5시 34분 답변 "기다리게 해서 미안해요. 우리는 당신의 요청을 관련된 부서로 보냈어요." 6월 28일 오후 9시 22분 답변 "롤백 됐어요. 확인해 보세요." 네, 조금 전에 확인하니 롤백이 되었더군요. 44일을 소모했지만, 정말 행복감이 온몸에 차오르는 그런 기분이었습니다. 접속하자마자, 그동안 업데이트되었던 새로운 의상을 입혀주고, 종료했네요. 사실 시일이 길게 걸린 점을 제외하고는, 만족스러운 요청이었다고 생각합니다. 글을 읽기만 하고 무시당한 적이 한 번 있긴 했지만, 그건 다른 부서로 이동 중이였다고 생각하면 한 편으론 이해가 되더군요. 저 부서에서 뭘 하고 있는지 알 수가 없을 테니까요. 혹시라도 GTA Online을 하시다가 저 같은 상황이 발생하면, 지체말고 락스타 서포트 서비스에 요청하는 것이 좋다고 생각됩니다.  - 복구 된 캐릭터 입니다. - Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 이 게시판에 등록된 마녀님의 최근 게시물 |
