그 외에는 되도록이면 좀 꾸준히 먹으면서 생활하는게 좋다고 하더라구요. [여담-약에도 적응기간이라는게 있어서 적응하지 않으면 갑자기 좋아지는건 중독이나 마약류밖에 없다고 하시면서 꾸준히 먹어둬야하는거래요. 그래야 혹시 부작용이 있어도 빠르게 약을 바꿔서 부작용 없이 약효를 볼 수 있도록 할 수 있다고도 하셨구요.]

하기 싫어도 해야하는게 있고 하고싶으면서 해야하는 게 있고 하고는 싶은데 하면 안되는게 있잖아요?

하고싶은데 공부를 다른 친구들은 3-4시간 수업을 들으면 이해를 해요. 근데 ADHD는 주의력이 부족하니까 이해력이 떨어져요. 그럼 다른 친구들 3-4시간 수업듣고 끝나고 노는 시간 동안 ADHD는 그 나머지 시간동안도 공부를 해야해요.
힘들죠. 분명 내가 하고싶은건데 결과는 안나오고 열심히 한건데도 제대로 성적이 안나오니까요.
그러다가 포기해요. 해봤자 안돼. 어려워. 내가 *신이지... 이렇게 자존감 땅바닥 기어가면서요.
취직? 잘 안되더라구요. 나한테 확신이 없는데 어떻게 뽑아달라해요.
그리고 자기한테 자신 없는 사람 뽑아서 쓰겠나요? 안쓰시던데.ㅎ
그러니까 애가 좀이라도 어려워하고 힘들어하면 무서워하지 마시고 그냥 감기때문에 호흡기내과를 가듯 뇌에 문제가 있는거 같으면 정신과 가세요. 1번 병원에서 아니라고 하면 2번 병원가고 그것도 아니라고 하면 3번까지 가세요.
병은 3명 이상이 같은 말을 하고 같은 치료법을 이야기한다면 그게 맞는 치료법입니다.

하고싶은데 공부를 다른 친구들은 3-4시간 수업을 들으면 이해를 해요. 근데 ADHD는 주의력이 부족하니까 이해력이 떨어져요. 그럼 다른 친구들 3-4시간 수업듣고 끝나고 노는 시간 동안 ADHD는 그 나머지 시간동안도 공부를 해야해요.
힘들죠. 분명 내가 하고싶은건데 결과는 안나오고 열심히 한건데도 제대로 성적이 안나오니까요.
그러다가 포기해요. 해봤자 안돼. 어려워. 내가 *신이지... 이렇게 자존감 땅바닥 기어가면서요.
취직? 잘 안되더라구요. 나한테 확신이 없는데 어떻게 뽑아달라해요.
그리고 자기한테 자신 없는 사람 뽑아서 쓰겠나요? 안쓰시던데.ㅎ
그러니까 애가 좀이라도 어려워하고 힘들어하면 무서워하지 마시고 그냥 감기때문에 호흡기내과를 가듯 뇌에 문제가 있는거 같으면 정신과 가세요. 1번 병원에서 아니라고 하면 2번 병원가고 그것도 아니라고 하면 3번까지 가세요.
병은 3명 이상이 같은 말을 하고 같은 치료법을 이야기한다면 그게 맞는 치료법입니다.
