지난번에 가져온 글 4탄입니다. 지난번 글의 주장이나 전반적인 논조는 제 생각과 다릅니다만, 대통령 눈밖에 날 것 + 전국민적 개망신 + 본인 지역구 신망 <<<<<<<<<< 반포 17평 아파트 (1주택 규제 상황에서) 투기꾼 = 알뜰 아줌마 는 같은 생각입니다. 티타임에 올릴정도로 진지한글은 아니라 생각해서 유머게로 가져왔습니다. ==================================== https://cafe.naver.com/jaegebal/1960053 안녕하세요 삼호어묵입니다 일단 4절은 안한다고 해놓고 제목 이렇게 달아서 죄송합니다 글좀 써보신 분들은 아시겠지만 제목짓기가 세상에서 제일 힘들어서... 아무쪼록 너른 양해 바랍니다 이번 글도 아무데나 자유롭게 퍼가셔도 무방합니다 더불어 퍼갔다가 여기저기서 강퇴당하시고 고조할아버지까지 국적이 일본인으로 바뀌신 이름 없는 열사분들께 심심한 위로를 전합니다 .. 시작하기 전에 저희 옆집 흉좀 보겠습니다 아니 저희 옆집 아저씨가 툭하면 아줌마를 패는데 제가 그 아줌마 하소연 들어준것만도 22번이거든요 ? 며칠전에 엘리베이터에서 마침 그집 아저씨를 마주쳐갖고 제 딴에는 용기를 내서 얘기를 했죠 [아니 아저씨 아무리 화가 나도 그렇지 어떻게 사람을 22번을 팰수가 있어요 너무한거 아니에요?] 그랬더니 갑자기 눈알 뒤집는 진기명기쑈를 선보이면서 하는말이 자기는 딱 4번밖에 안팼대요 아니 이게 무슨 개소린가 하고 설명을 들어보니까 이 아저씨는 입원시킨 것만 카운트에 넣더라고요 기타 밥상 뒤집어엎은거 걸레질하는데 괜히 엉덩이 걷어찬거 밥상에 국 없다고 뒤통수 후려친거 이런거는 입원할 정도가 아니었으니깐 가정폭력으로도 안치는겁니다 [그 여편네가 오만거를 다 집어넣어서 22번이라고 하는데 나는 4번밖에 안팼다!] 참내 어이가 없어서..... 자 천하에 상관없는 옆집 얘기는 그만 하고 본론 시작하겠습니다 6.17 대책이 나오고 나서 여러가지 일이 벌어졌습니다 일단 기타지역 규제로 서울은 다시 불장이 되었고 삼청대잠에 살려면 이제 '허락받고' 사라고 대놓고 성벽을 둘러쳐준 덕분에 그 외의 지역들이 활활 불타오르고 있죠 이러면 대통령이 국토부 장관을 불러서 호통.... 을 칠 줄 알았는데 '언제든 필요하면 대책을 계속 내라' 면서 힘을 실어주더라고요;;;; 이건 정부심리전문가 1급 자격증 소유자인 저로서도 미처 예상 못한 일입니다 저는 그래도 호통을 치는 척이라도 할 줄 알았는데;;;; 아니 노래방에서요 음치같은 애가 혼자 마이크 잡고 22절까지 부르고 있으면 "야 쟤 마이크 뺏어!!!! 해야되는데 심지어 노래방 주인아저씨한테 10만원어치 시간 더 넣어달라면서 "200절 300절까지 니맘대로 불러" 하고 멍석을 깔아줘요???? 참.... 이날 대통령께서 장관한테 뭐라고 지시를 했느냐는 별로 중요하지 않습니다 아 공급 늘리라고 했다고요? 여기에 의미를 두시는 분들이 계시던데 사실 그냥 희망회로에 불과합니다 우리가 생각하는 공급 = 재건축 재개발 그린벨트해제 서울도심 신축아파트 이분들이 생각하는 공급 = 임대주택 청년희망어쩌구 가로주택정비 4기신도시 크크 즉 그 공급이 그 공급이 아닙니다 천하에 의미가 없어요 크크크크 그러니깐 대통령이 장관한테 지시한 거는 아무 짝에도 소용없는 얘기구요 대신에 이날 큰 수확을 거둔 게 있다면 바로 노0민 비서실장이 살신성인의 자세로 전 국민에게 힌트를 준 것입니다 대통령 눈밖에 날 것 + 전국민적 개망신 + 본인 지역구 신망 <<<<<<<<<< 반포 17평 아파트 여러분 그간 제가 눈치좀 챙기시라고 열변을 토했는데 이거는 눈치 정도가 아니라 그냥 정답을 찍어준 수준이에요 이래도 못 알아듣는 거는 그냥 신앙의 영역입니다 물론 신앙인들께서는 이것도 피의 쉴드를 치셨죠 크크 "나라도 그랬을 거다! 너같으면 반포 아파트 팔겠냐!" 당연히 저라도 안팔죠 반포아파트 문제는 저는 강남집 가진 걸 무슨 사탄의 농간 정도로 여긴 적도 없고 집값 반드시 잡겠다고 난리친 적도 없고 여러 채 가진 놈들은 한채씩 팔라고 협박한 적도 없으니까 그래도 되는거고 노0민씨는 그러면 안되는 겁니다 뭐 신앙인들 빼면 다 아는 사항 길게 말할 필요도 없고 그냥 이날의 가장 큰 수확은 "집값은 떨어지지 않는다 떨어뜨릴 생각도 없다" 는 정답이 다름아닌 정부 핵심인사에게서 나왔다는데 있겠습니다 어쨌든 6.17 대책도 망한 바 신앙인 여러분께서는 열심히 투기꾼 탓으로 돌리고 계시죠 "이게 다 투기꾼 탓이다!" "공급을 하면 무슨 소용이 있냐 다 투기꾼들이 사갈텐데!" 여기서 우리는 하나 고민을 해봐야 됩니다 이 광화문 광장에 일렬로 세워서 공개처형을 해도 시원치 않은 린민의 적 투기세력은 대체 왜 하필 이 정부때만 난리인가!! 혹 리명박근혜 역적패당이 투기꾼들 몇천 명 정도를 은밀히 양성해놓고 [우리 때는 얌전히 지내다가 민주정부 하에만 활동하라] 고 지시한 게 아닌가? 참고로 저는 물론 드립친 건데 진짜로 이렇게 주장하는 사람을 본 적이 있습니다 어디냐 바로 제가 처음에 글을 올렸던 82cook입니다 크크크 사실 투기라는 게 참 재미있는 개념인데요 이거는 쉽게 말해서 불륜과 로맨스의 관계와도 같다고 보시면 됩니다 내가 하면 로맨스 니가 하면 불륜이듯 내가 하면 투자 니가 하면 투기인 겁니다 사실 '투기꾼들'은 어떤 사람이냐 현금보따리 딸라뭉치 금괴 집안 금고에 차곡차곡 쌓아놓고 있다가 퉁퉁히게 살찐 손에 송아지 눈깔만한 보석 반지 끼고 짙은 선글라스 스윽 올려끼면서 부동산업자 불러다 앉혀놓고 '실장님 이번엔 어디죠?' 이러는 싸모님들일까요? 참고로 대부분의 투기꾼 타령을 하는 사람들이 머릿속에 갖고 있는 이미지를 고대로 써드린겁니다 우리 국민의 금융지식수준이 아프리카 우간다보다 못하니 (이건 드립 친게 아니고 실제 순위입니다;) 벌어지는 일입니다 아 그런거 말고요? 지방마다 쫓아다니면서 닥치는대로 집 사서 이 지역 올려놓고 저 지역 올려놓고 이런 양반들이 투기꾼이다? 그니까 때려잡아야 한다? 일단 지금은 6.17 대책으로 다른데를 다 막아버려서 다시 서울로 불이 옮겨붙었지만 그 이전 시점으로 예를 들어볼게요 왜냐면 신앙인 여러분들께서도 대부분 일말의 상식이나마 있으셔서 거대한 서울 부동산시장을 투기꾼들이 쥐락펴락한다는 주장은 차마 못하시고 '지방 부동산은 투기세력이 올린게 맞다!' 고 주장하는 경우가 많아서요 일단 6.17 이전으로 돌아가보죠 예는 수원으로 들겠지만 뭐 수원 아니라 당시 규제지역 아니었던 곳 어디를 넣어도 마찬가집니다 여기 알뜰주부 1인이 있습니다 매일매일 마트 가면 천원 더 비싼 국산두부냐 중국산두부냐 두부코너 앞에서 햄릿 뺨치게 고민하고 삼치 사고 싶은 거 참고 고등어 사고 다른엄마들 다 갖고 다니는 명품빽 하나 못 사고 에코빽 들고 다니면서 한푼두푼 열심히 모아서 한 1,2억쯤 종잣돈을 만들었어요 이 돈을 은행에 넣자니 이자가 제로에 한없이 수렴하고 돈가치가 매일매일 떨어지니 예금하기가 겁이 나죠 참고로 인플레이션은 아줌마가 제일 귀신같이 압니다 왜냐 남편 월급은 안 늘어나는데 마트만 가면 물건값이 올라있거든요 크크크 참고로 저 며칠전에 @동문고에서 애가 사달라고 해서 별 생각 없이 수수깡처럼 생긴 젤리 한 봉지 집어들었는데 계산하고 보니 너무 많이 나와서 깜짝 놀라 물어보니 젤리 한 봉지가 7500원 ...이더라고요 쪽팔려서 차마 취소해달라고도 못하고 걍 사갖고 나오며 눈물을 삼켰습니다 젤리 한봉지에 7500원이라니 이게 나라입니까....? 돈없으면 젤리도 못먹는세상 이게 정의입니까....? 정부는 당장 젤리에 초과이익환수제를 적용하고 애들먹는 젤리 비싸게 팔아먹는 악덕업체에 각종 규제를 가하여 젤리값 안정시켜 주시기를 강력히 촉구하는 바입니다 모두가 걱정없이 젤리 먹을 수 있는 그런 세상 만들어 주세요.... 어쨌든 아까 그 알뜰주부 얘기로 돌아가서 이 아줌마가 그렇게 한푼두푼 모아서 한 1,2억쯤 종잣돈이 됐다 쳐요 이 돈으로 내 노후도 대비하고 우리 애들 나중에 좀 보태주고도 싶습니다 그러려면 집 한 채 사두는 게 제일 든든하고 현실적이죠주식 이런거는 잘 알지도 못하고 괜히 손댔다 돈만 잃을거같구요 무엇보다 같이 사는 웬수같은 인간이 벌써 주식에 손댔다 몇천 해먹어서 사네 마네 난리쳤던 기억이 생생한데 나까지 주식을 할 수는 없는것입니다 근데 꼴랑 1,2억 가지고 서울에는 집을 살 수가 없어요 서울은 집 값 자체도 비싸지만 대출을 다 막아놨으니까 이러니 대출이 나올 수 있는 지역을 찾아야 합니다 어디가 좋은가 밥 안쳐놓고 검색하고 감자 볶으며 찾아보고 애들 재워놓고 찾아보고 나름 열심히 손품 팔아봅니다 그런데 어머나 아직 수원에는 대출이 나오고 상승여력도 있다네요? 사실 아직 본인도 전세살이지만 남편 직장이 서울이라 수원에 집 사도 거기 살진 못해요 하지만 내 이름으로 수도권에 집 한 채 있으면 마음이라도 든든할 거 같습니다 아줌마 행복한 마음으로 알토란같이 한푼두푼 모은 1,2억이 든 통장을 소중히 품고 수원 임장 갑니다 자 이 아줌마가 바로 6.17 대책 전에 수원 집값을 올려놓았던 '투기세력' 입니다 크크 누가 봐도 그냥 정상적인 욕망을 갖고 있는 선량한 국민 1인일 뿐이에요 우리 어머니고 나 자신이고 내 딸이고 내 가족이지요 영화에 나오는 싸모님 따위가 아니라는 겁니다 그러나 정부가 이 사람을 투기세력으로 지목했고 사람들은 거기 따라서 '투기꾼이 악이다!'라고 비난했어요 자 그럼 누가 이 선량한 알뜰주부를 투기세력으로 만들었는가를 봅시다 아까 처음의 물음으로 돌아가 보죠 [쳐죽일 투기꾼들은 왜 이명박근혜때는 가만히 있다가 이 좋은 정부때만 난리인가?] 정답은 물론 투기꾼은 이명박근혜때도 존재했습니다 물론 그 전에도 존재했겠죠 조선시대에도 있었을것이고 고려시대에도 있었을것이며 아마 선사시대에도 움집가지고 투기한 놈이 있었을지 모릅니다 조개껍데기 100개면 살걸 1000개받아먹은놈 그러나 이 정부 전에는 투기꾼의 활동이 눈에 띄지 않았어요 이유는 부동산이 돈이 안 됐기 때문입니다 제가 첫 집을 산 게 박근혜 때니까 정확히 기억합니다 그때 제가 집을 샀다고 하니 주위에서 입을 모아 한 말이 "집을 왜 샀어! 점점 떨어질건데!" 그때만 해도 집사면 새된다는게 중론이었고 그래서 전세품귀현상이 심각했던 때예요 돈이 안되니까 아무도 집을 안샀죠 그래서 정부에서 돈빌려줄테니까 제발 집 사라 심지어 취득세까지 면제해줘가며 제발 집사라고 권장했던 땝니다 그때가 돈이 되면야 당연히 너도나도 집을 사려고 들죠 즉 지금 투기꾼이 난리인 이유는 당연히 투기하면 돈이 되기 때문입니다 그러니 너도나도 투기꾼이 되는거예요 참고로 저는 투기라는 말을 굉장히 안좋아하고 사실 아주 극소 케이스를 빼놓고는 모두 투자라고 봅니다만 정부 인식이 집 사는 행위 자체를 투기로 보고있기 때문에 편의상 투기라고 쓰고 있습니다 네? 한 채 사는 건 투기 아니고 괜찮다고요? 한채는 괜찮다고 누가 그래요? 지금 계속 규제 나오는게 무주택자 / 1주택자도 두들겨 패고 있는데요 1주택자도 종부세 올린다는거 못들었어요? 그냥 누구든지 집 사면 그 순간 투기세력인겁니다 인정할건 인정하세요 괜히 서울시장이 평생 월세 전세 살면서 나는 청렴하네 도덕적으로 우월합네 하고있는게 아니에요 그 전세가 28억짜리라도 그 월세가 강남의 250만원짜리 (심지어 10년전 가격)더라도 집만 안 사면 도덕적인 우위를 점할 수 있는 겁니다 거꾸로 말하면 집 사면 걍 짤없이 비도덕적 투기세력이라 이거예요 크크 자 다시 본론으로 돌아가서 정부가 [투기하면 돈이 되는] 시장상황을 만들어줬으니까 투기꾼이 활개를 치는 겁니다 위에 말한 알뜰주부같은 사람들도 집 살 생각을 하게 만드니 그게 바로 투기꾼이 되는 것입니다 아니 정부가 언제 돈이 되는 시장상황을 만들어줬냐! 요렇게 규제했고 저렇게 규제했고 요렇게 세금 붙였고 조렇게 세금 올렸고 하여튼 다 틀어막았는데 왜!! 라고 김현미장관 빙의해서 도끼눈 뜨고 항의하고 싶을 겁니다 응 가격을 결정하는 건 뭐다? '수요와 공급' 말했잖아요 모든 문제는 수요와 공급이 안맞는데서 온다고 공급을 늘리지 않는 상황에서 시장에 자꾸 손을 대기만 하니까 시장이 반발하는겁니다 이러면 22번째 규제 아니라 220번째 규제를 해도 결코 시장은 지지 않습니다 아 시장이 지는 딱 한 가지의 경우가 있겠습니다 공산당 크크크 근데 신앙인 분들 공산당이라고 하면 당장 우리 옆집 아저씨처럼 눈알 뒤집는 진기명기쑈 보여주면서 아니라고 펄펄 뛰잖아요? 그럼 공산당이 아닌 이상에 수요와 공급의 법칙을 이길 재주는 없는 것입니다 아니 근데 사실은 공산당이라도 힘들어요 이건 평양시내 아파트가 한국돈으로 3억씩 한답니다 크크 그러니까 정부가 만들고 싶어 하는 그런 세상은 없어요.... 최근까지 정부가 입에 달고 살던 말 있죠.
