많은 경우에 항우울제 처방은 근본 치료가 아니라 대증요법일지도 모릅니다. 하지만 감기에 걸렸을 때 열이 나고 몸이 쑤시면 타이레놀을 먹어야죠. 그게 치료제가 아니라 대증요법이라 할지라도 도움이 되니 좋은 치료법입니다. 이 글은 타이레놀을 처방하는 것은 잘못된 일이고, 집 대청소를 하여 환경을 개선하고 운동을 시켜 면역력을 높이는 것만이 옳은 해결책인 것처럼 말하고 있습니다. 그게 좋은 건 맞죠. 그런데 열이 나고 몸이 쑤시는 사람을 데리고 운동을 나가자고 하면 곤란합니다. 우선 증상 치료는 한 뒤에 뭘 해도 해야 하는 것 아니겠습니까.
