 와우를 달렸습니다. 홍차넷에 와우를 안 할 것 같다고 했는데 정신을 차리고보니 이미 달리고 있었습니다. 내가 왜 그딴 말을 했었지. 게임하는데 이유가 어딨겠냐만은 굳이 달린 이유를 꼽자면 첫째는 실바나스 대족장의 후속 이야기는 라이브로 봐야겠어서 입니다. 저는 실바나스가 행한 모든 일에 대해 다 납득을 하는지라 이후 이야기를 기대하고 있거든요. 워3 부터 골수 언데드 빠돌이기도 하구요. 둘째로는 골팟이 사라져서 입니다. 맨땅을 한 이유는 서버 때문입니다. 이제는 정말 아즈 미만 잡이라 (우스개 소리가 아니라 정말 미만잡입니다.) 격아 업데이트 즈음해서 본격적으로 맨땅 달리기 시작했는데 계귀도 없어서 지루했지만 어찌저찌 해냈네요. 가방도 평판보상 16칸짜리 4개로 버티느라 힘들었어요. 레벨업 하면서 개인적으로 느꼈던 점과 사람들의 모습을 써보자면 1. 스케일링 이후 오리지날 맵 중 조금이라도 효율이 떨어진다 싶은 곳은 더 철저하게 버려졌습니다. 갈 이유가 1도 없어졌으니까요. 2. 스케일링 이후 인던보다 퀘스트가 좋다고들 하는데 아직도 인던이 최곱니다. 대체 왜 이게 퀘스트가 낫다고 하는지 모르겠어요. 시간 대비 경험치가 그냥 차이나는 것도 아니고 매우 엄청나게 차이나는데 3. 반응을 보니 군단 즐긴 사람은 격아에 좀 지루함을 느끼는 것 같고 군단을 건너 뛴 사람은 흥미롭게 플레이 하는 것 같습니다. 4. 격아에서도 얼라 몰아주기 때문에 (특히 시나리오 몰빵) 뿔나신 호드 분들이 하이잘 얼라로 많이 이주하는 모습이 보였습니다. 공개창도 그렇고 여타 커뮤니티에서도 얼라로 이주후에 인증하는 분들이 많네요. 개인적으로 공허 엘프는 블리자드가 인구비 조정을 위해 내놓은 강수가 아닌가 싶은데 결과가 어떻게 될 지는 지켜봐야 알겠습니다. 5. 예전 같았으면 확장팩 열리자마자 모든 사람들이 스토리고 뭐고 간에 일단 레벨업에 박차를 가했는데 지금은 일부 썩거나 고인 유저들만 빠르게 달리고 다들 천천히 스토리 파악을 우선으로 하는 추세입니다. 최초 만렙 업적이 사라진 것도 한 몫 했겠습니다만 그걸 떠나서 예전보다 유저들이 더 여유롭게 플레이 하는 것 같네요. 6. 격아부터는 이중간첩이 필수가 되어버린 느낌입니다. 스토리가 별개라서 양 진영 모두 키우는 것이 좋아 보입니다. 유저들도 거의 동의하는 부분이구요. 개인적으로 좋아하던 확장팩들은 망하고 별로였던 확장팩들은 흥했는데 (예외 : 리치왕의 분노) 이번에는 흥할지 망할지 기대가 됩니다. 조금 쉬었다가 부캐를 키우러 가야겠네요. P.S 호드의 제갈량 연출은 멋있으라고 한 것 같은데 저는 좀 웃겼네요.
