현재 팀이 어느정도 안정화도 됫고.. 서로 호흡이 좀 잘 맞게 된지라.. 조금 더 다양한거 + 개개인의 워라벨을 위해 최근 채용을 더 보고 있는데요 -.-; 정말 사람뽑기 어렵습니답... - 우리는 A회사인데.. 접수한 이력서에 B회사 게임에 지원한다는 내역이 있는 사람... - 포트폴리오가 있어서 눌렀더니 '권한이 없어서 안열린다는 사람' - A or B 장르 좋아하는 사람을 우대한다고 했는데.. 이력서에 당당하게 그런 게임들을 별로 안좋아한다고 적는 사람... 아주 신나게 거릅니다.. 이력서 올릴때 정말 1초도 생각 안하고 올리는건가.. 하는 생각이 들 정도로 마구마구 거릅니다.. 저런 이력서들만 걸러내도.. 접수된 이력서의 절반이 휴지통으로 갑니다... 어메이징.. 사실 상세 내용이야 뭐 뻥인지 진짜인지 업체끼고 썼는지 뭐 다들 엄청나게 차이가 있지도 않고.. 사실 제가 써도 큰 차이는 없기에 이때부턴 적당히 성의가 있다고 보면.. 저는 면접을 보는 편인데요 -.-; 인사팀에서 연락을 주고.. 몇일 뒤에 면접을 짜잔 봅니다.. 물론 주말 낀 다음주로... (나름 면접 준비할 시간을 주고 싶은 배려?) 제 경우에는 사람이 들어오면 첫 질문은 이게 핵심입니다. - A회사 모바일 게임 어떤것들 얼마나 해보셨어요? 그럼 답변이 '내 저는 어떤 게임을 좀 해봤어요' 가 나와야 될텐데.. 90%는.. '해본게 없다고 대답을 합니다'. 여기서 또 탈락.... 택도 없는 서류로 50% 가 사라지고 면접보러 오는 회사에 대한 기초적인것도 안해보고 오는 패기로 90%를 한번 더 거르면.. 애초에 최소한의 요소를 충족하고 오는 구직자가 5%도 안됩니다.. 이 5%만 실질적인 '이것저것 물어보고 대답하고' 하는걸 하게 된달까... 정말 낙하산이 아니라면 저 위에 적은 최소한의 것들만 해도 성공률이 올라갑니다. 웃프게도 저희 10년차 넘은 서버프로그래머 분은 면접보라는 연락을 받고 면접보기 전에 게임을 열심히 하다 결제까지 한 상태로 면접을 봣고.. 또 다른 8년차 기획자분은 (다른곳 합격하서셔 저희쪽에 안오셨습니다만).. 종류별로 다 조금씩 해서 오셨던데 -.- 내가 꼰대인가 싶어서 비슷한 년차의 지인들에게 이런데 어떻게 생각하냐고 했더니.. 다들 내가 꼰대 아니라고 위로를 해줘서 나름 마음의 평화를... 물론 그 회사가 출시한 게임이 없다거나... FPS만 출시했는데 RPG팀에서 뽑는다거나.. 하면 좀 케이스가 다르기도 합니다만.. (다양한 RPG 분석같은 포폴이 해결해줄수 있는..) 이건 그런케이스가 아니였으니..
