탐라글에 이어서.. CGV 영화관에서 영화가 끝나고 5층에서 아래층으로 내려오는데...엘레베이터가 다 차서 옆 비상계단으로 나오는 길이었어요. 계단마다 실내로 들어가는 쪽 문을 다 막아놓고 1층도 막아놓고서는 지하도 지하 상가쪽으로 통하는 문이 열려있더라구요. 불이 나면 어디로 나갈런지....라는 생각이 들었어요. 지하도로 다시 꼬불꼬불 들어가는 길이 미로처럼 길이 참 어려웠거든요. 일단 대구시의 민원상담센터인 두드리소에 전화하니 연결연결 소방청으로 연결되네요. 사실... 저는 미국서 쇼핑몰에서 왔다갔다 할 때도 정문보다는 옆에 비상문 (물론 일반인이 Exit 가능한 일명..개구멍??) 을 좋아하던 스타일이어서 그런지 이런 점이 눈에 보이는데요. 비상시에 나갈 통로가 확보되느냐를 주의 깊게 보거든요. 대부분 크게 비상문이 잠겨져 있지만 화재시 자동으로 열립니다라는 안내가 있고 비상 계단은 늘 문이 열리기 쉽게되어있는 편이어서 원래 비상문이 잠겨져있는것이 괜찮은가 싶어서 민원을 넣었어요. 일단은 민원신고 처리는 정말 빠르네요. 낮에 민원신고후에 오후에 소방서 관계자분이 연락오셔서 통화를 했는데요. 문의 사항에 따라서 점검 나가보았고 우려할필요 없이 비상 문은 외부쪽에서 안쪽 실내로 통하는 문쪽은 모두 잠겨져있지만 화재 발생시는 내부에서 외부로 나가는 문이 자동으로 컨트롤 타워에서 제어가 되어서 내부서 외부로 나갈수 있게 자동으로 열리기 때문에 걱정하지 않아도된다는 대답을 들었어요. 건물주 사항에 따라서 비상문이 관리차원에서 잠겨져있는 경우가 있으나 화재발생이 되면 소방 컨트롤타워서 제어가 된답니다. (믿어야겠지요..) 전원문제도 따로 파워 제너레이터가 있어서 화재시 메인파워가 문제가 생겨도 문개폐되는 비상 전원은 따로 관리되어 들어오며, 컨트롤 타워 기계조작에 의존해서 안전하게 대피할 수 있으며 기계 제어가 안되는 상황이 발생하면 매뉴얼로 나오는 방법은 없다. 그럴 걱정은 하지 않아도 된다는 답변을 받았어요. 법적으로도 소방법에 위배되지 않는다고 말씀하시네요. 상식적으로 5층 계단에서 내려오는데 1,2,3,4 모두 비상계단에서는 안쪽으로 엑세스가 안되고 외부로 나갈수도 없고 지하 1층 상가로 연결되는 통로만 문이 열렸는 상황이었어요. 제 건의사항( 화재시에 외부로 비상시 출구문을 수동조작하여 문을 열고 나오도록 늘 외부로 나가는 문은 열리도록하는 방법 마련)을 윗분들과 정책적으로 조율하실때 꼭 반영해주세요. 라고 맺음을 지었는데요. 안전은 최악을 예상하고 두 배로 조심해야하지 않나 싶은데 정책 입안자들이 세세히 잘 챙겼음해요. 민원 서비스 센터는 참 일을 잘하네요. 짱입니다. 소방서분들도 늘 감사합니다. 사실 영화관은 생각보다 꽤 꼼꼼하게 소방점검을 받고, 직원들과 알바생들도 주기적으로 소방교육을 받고있어요.
저도 전에 받아봤는데, 산소마스크 사용법부터 화재시 현장 통제방법 등을 소방대원 아저씨께 제법 상세하게 배웠습니다. 아저씨가 몹시 현실적으로 설명해주셔서 인상깊었어요.
"불 났다고 사람들한테 불이 났으니 대피하라 소리지르면 대피할 것 같아요? 아뇨. 한국사람들 절대 대피안해요. 죄다 튀어나와서 매표소에서 환불해달라고 소리지르다 연기에 질식해 죽을겁니다."
무서운 말이지만 정말 그럴 것 같았거든요...
여튼 컨트롤타워에서 컨트롤해서 창문이며 비상문이 자동으로 열리는 건 많이 신기했습니다. 살짝 영화같기도 하구요^^

저도 전에 받아봤는데, 산소마스크 사용법부터 화재시 현장 통제방법 등을 소방대원 아저씨께 제법 상세하게 배웠습니다. 아저씨가 몹시 현실적으로 설명해주셔서 인상깊었어요.
"불 났다고 사람들한테 불이 났으니 대피하라 소리지르면 대피할 것 같아요? 아뇨. 한국사람들 절대 대피안해요. 죄다 튀어나와서 매표소에서 환불해달라고 소리지르다 연기에 질식해 죽을겁니다."
무서운 말이지만 정말 그럴 것 같았거든요...
여튼 컨트롤타워에서 컨트롤해서 창문이며 비상문이 자동으로 열리는 건 많이 신기했습니다. 살짝 영화같기도 하구요^^
