안녕하세요 자유게시판에 처음으로 글을 올리는 파울 입니다. 이것저것 쓰고 싶은 주제가 많이 있었는데 어쩌다 보니 영화 감상을 첫 글로 작성하게 되었네요. 글을 재미있게 잘 쓰는 편이 아니라 걱정하면서 소심하게 써봅니다 흐흐. 해외에서 영화 보는 이야기라고 했지만 더 정확히는 후진국에서 영화 보는 이야기라고 해야 겠네요. 처음에는 앤트맨에 대한 감상만 쓰려다가 스포없이 써보려니 쓸 말이 많지 않아서 주제가 확장되버렸네요 흐흐 저는 현재 동남아. 캄보디아라는 거주중입니다. 앙코르와트와 킬링필드로 유명한 나라이면서 최빈국중에 하나죠. 당연한 이야기이지만 한국과 비교하면 생활하면서 불편한 점이 참 많습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 매력적인 나라이기도 하구요. (캄보디아 생활상 이야기를 많이 써보고 싶긴 한데... 교민사회가 매우 작다보니 누군지 쉽게 알 수 잇다는 걱정이 있어서 조심스럽네요 흐흐.) # 첫경험 사실 영화를 즐겨보는 편은 아니었습니다. 한국에 있을 때는 분기에 한번 영화관에 가는 정도였으니까요. 영화에 대해서도 잘 아는편도 아닙니다. 흐. 처음으로 이 나라에서 영화관을 가게된 것도 운동하다 만난 말레이시아 친구가 자기 친구들과 같이 영화 보러 가자고 해줘서 였습니다. 이 때 처음 본 영화가 Brave. 한국에서는 메리다와 마법의 숲이라는 제목으로 상영했던 픽사 애니메이션이었습니다. 보신 분들은 아시겠지만 영화의 주된 감정이 여성을 중심으로 이루어져 있고 엄마와 딸의 관계가 중심이죠. 이걸 남자 5명이서 봤다니...크윽 ㅜㅜ 처음 영화관에 대해 받은 인상은 그리 나쁘지 않았습니다. ‘아 그래도 있을 건 다 있구나’ 하는 감상이었죠. 그래도 현대식 영화관이었고 스크린이 3개밖에 안되어서 크기는 작지만, 그래도 이 나라에서 이런게 있다는게 어디냐 하는 생각이 들었네요. 그리고 영화표 가격이 고작 3$! 최근에는 영화관 수가 조금 늘고 4D 영화관도 생기면서 가격이 조금 더 올랐네요. 일본 AEON 이 새로 크게 쇼핑몰 지으면서 영화관도 좋은게 하나 생겨서 흐흐.. 여기는 3D, 4D 보려면 한국하고 비슷합니다. 8$, 12$ 하네요. # 영화관에 대한 이야기 그나마 저는 수도인 프놈펜에 살아서 영화관이라도 갈 수 있지, 지방에 내려가면 공원 같은데서 야외 상영하는 거 말고는 볼 기회가 없습니다. 이마저도 지방 거점 도시에서 이야기이고 그보다 더 들어가면 전기도 안들어오는 데가 많죠. 프놈펜 내에는 한국의 CGV 같은 브랜드 영화관인 Legend Cinema 라는 곳이 3 곳의 영화관을 가지고 있고, 앞서 말한 Aeon 몰 내에 있는 태국 브랜드인 Major Cineplex, 또 다른 쇼핑몰에 있는 Platinum Cineplex 정도가 있네요. 이 외에도 대한극장 같은 느낌의 로컬 영화관이 몇 곳 있는데 여긴 외화 상영을 하는 걸 보지 못해서 한 번도 가본 적이 없네요. 시설은 당연히 새로 생긴 Major가 가장 좋지만(무려 4dx 상영관이 있는) 영화표 값이 비싸 거의 가지 않아 잘 모르고 저는 주로 Legend에서 영화를 봅니다. Legend를 기준으로 시설에 대해 보면, 스크린 크기는 그리 크지 않습니다. 정확한 수치는 모르지만 체감상 한국의 큰 스크린에 비교하면 60%정도? 되는거 같네요. 좌석 수는 열로 따지면 14~15열 정도 되구요. 커플 석이나 패밀리 석이라고 해서 소파 형태의 좌석도 있네요 흐. 좋지는 않지만 영화감상에 방해가 되는정도는 아닌? 정도라고 보면 될거 같네요. 아! 한가지 특이한 점은 에어컨을 정말 빵빵하게 틉니다. 반팔이나 민소매티를 입고가면 얼어 죽을거 같아요. 그래서 인지 상영관 입구에서 달라고 하면 모포를 나눠줍니다(...) # 영화 장르에 대한 이야기 상영되는 영화는 주요 영화관 기준으로 외화가 90%입니다. 캄보디아에서 제작한 영화가 가끔가다 걸리는 수준이구요. 그런데 외화라고 해서 헐리웃 영화만 걸리는 건 아니고, 태국영화가 반 정도, 최근에는 한국영화도 가끔 상영되고는 합니다. 지금은 Snow In Sea Breeze 라는 한국영화가 걸려 있는데 한국 제목을 모르겠네요. 크. 장르에서도 특이한 점이 있는데, 공포영화가 굉장히 많이 상영됩니다. 앞서 말했던 로컬 극장에서는 거의 100%로 공포영화를 상영하고 있구요. 한국이 여름에 공포영화가 많이 개봉한다면, 여긴 계절 구분 없이 계속해서 공포영화 철이라는 느낌입니다. # 앤트맨 감상 앤트맨에 대해 쓰려고 한 글이 많이 길어 졌네요 흐흐. 한국은 아직 개봉까지 한 달이 더 남은 상황이라 스포일러 없도록 최대한 조심히 써보겠습니다만, 혹시나 있는 그대로 영화를 보고 싶으신 분들은 여기서부터는 슬프지만 뒤로 가기를 눌러주세요 ㅜㅜ 우선 첫 느낌은 자그마치 3개의 기술이 합쳐진 컴비네이션. 전기기술자인 주인공과, 개미를 조종하고 커지고 줄어들고 하는데 게다가 수트를 입고 싸운다고?! 하는 생각이 듭니다. 다만 이렇다 보니 전반부에 설명해야 할 게 많아서 약간 지루하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 그런데! 액션신이 엄청납니다. 영화에 대해 잘 아는게 아니라 어떻게 표현하면 좋을지 모르지만, 첫 변신씬 부터 영상에 확 빠져들었습니다. 크기변화라는 소재가 이렇게 매력적이고 세련되게? 표현될 수 있다는게 놀라울 정도였습니다. 커지고 작아지고 하는 연출이 액션신에 녹아드니까 리듬감이 느껴질 정도로 빠르게 흘러가는데 제가 본 액션신중에서는 손가락에 꼽을 정도로 좋았습니다. 줌인 줌아웃이 계속해서 일어나는데 이게 정신 사나운게 아니라 리듬 게임 하듯이 박자를 타는 느낌이라서 흥이납니다 흐흐. 가오갤에서 느꼇던 마블 특유의 약간의 개그가 섞인 경쾌한 영화? 라는 느낌을 계속해서 받았습니다. 인상적인 장면은 스포일 수도 있고 감상에 방해가 될 수 있어서 자세하게 말씀 드릴 수는 없지만, 첫 변신씬, 서류가방 씬, 개미굴+하수구 씬 이네요. 이야기의 진행, 서사라고 하나요? 기승전결 확실히 무리 없이 흘러간다고 생각됩니다. 이 전에 본 영화가 쥬라기 월드였는데, 이 말도 안되는 진행과 비교하면 아주 좋습니다(...) 전반부에 배경 설명을 착실히 다지고 진행해서인지 배경 지식 없이도 모든 상황이 충분히 논리적으로 돌아간다고 생각됩니다. 개인적으로는 일종의 여주인공인 호프 역의 에반젤린의 감정 변화가 바로 와 닿지는 않았지만요. 저 개인적으로 마블영화들에 대한 평가를 어벤저스>아이언맨1>윈터솔져>=가오갤>>>>기타로 놓는데 가오갤보다 더 좋았고, 윈터솔져에서 아이언맨1 사이에 위치할 수 있는 그런 영화였습니다. 다른거 다 떠나서 액션 만으로도 매우 재미있는 영화였습니다. 흐흐.
