- 토요일.. 아이맥으로 영상을 보다가 아이폰 정보를 보는데 워낙 긴 시간동안 테스트를 비롯해서 다양한 애플기기를 쓰다보니.. 그 기기들 정보가 자꾸 계정에 잡히는것도 있고 해서.. 한번 클린하게 리셋하고 내 기기들만 등록된 상태로 이쁘게 남겨보자! 라는... 해서는 안될 생각-.-;; 을 하고 실행에 옮기게 됩니다. - 계정 비밀번호를 바꾸면서, '로그인 되어 있는 모든 기기/사이트에서 한번에 로그아웃과 인증해제' 라는 최첨단 기능을 체크하고 확인을 꾹!!! 이 일이 불러올 엄청난 나비효과를 이땐 몰랐습니다.. - 이제 즐겁게 아이디와 비번을 넣었는데 '진짜 너가 맞는지 인증번호를 너의 문자로 보내줄께' 했는데 문자가 안옵니다 ?!?!?!?!?! 몇번 눌렀더니 '문자 너무 많이 보냄.. 나중에 다시 시도하셈' ?!?!?!?! 몇시간마다 해보지만 여전히 같은 패턴의 반복....... 결국 계정이 막힌 상태로 하루가 지났습니다 -.-; - 일요일에 일어나서 고객센터에 전화 빠빡!! 그리고 확인한 결과.. '님 이중인증 켜져있는데 이거 한국에서 지원이 안되서 한국으로 문자가 안감...' '해외 번호로 인증받으세여' 그랬슴다.. 애플 기기를 오래 쓰던 중에 '애플 계정을 잠시 해외 계정으로 바꾸면.. 한국에서 막혀있는 기능들을 다 킬수 있는데 이 기능들을 다 킨 뒤에 한국 계정으로 되돌리면' 한국에서 쓸 수 없는 기능이 다 켜진 상태로 한국 계정을 쓸 수 있다는 신세계!!! 를 이미 다 먹인 계정이였습니다 -.- 그 기능 중 이중인증의 경우 '이미 로그인 되어 있는 신뢰할 수 있는 기기' 가 있다면 문제가 안됩니다만... 그 기기가 없을 경우 '문자로 인증'을 해야 되는데 한국으론 인증문자를 받을수가 없다는........... - 결국 해외 번호를 파서 복구 신청을 했습니다..일요일 19시에.. 복구 신청시에는 - 계정 정보 - 해당 계정의 신용카드 정보(확인차 결제까지 진행됩니다 -.-... 만약에 해외 결제 안되는 카드였으면 초대형참사가 날뻔했으나 다행이도 결제가 가능한 카드..) - 내가 등록한 신뢰할 수 있는 전화번호 정보 - 새롭게 연락을 받을 전화번호 정보 (해외 번호...로 -.-) - 새롭게 연락을 받은 번호의 복구코드.. 를 모두 입력하고 나니 신청이 완료되었습니다. - 월요일 19시에 메일로 친절하게 '님 복구 신청했는데 진짜 한거 맞음? 정말 한거면 확인 누르고 아니면 취소 눌러' 가 와서 확인을 눌렀습니다. 확인을 누르니 또 메일 + 전화번호 정보 추가 확인... 역시나 진행 -.- 진행하고나니 또 '몇일 기다리세염!' 이라는 친절한 메시지가 - 화요일에 아무일도 없었습니다... - 수요일 19시에 복구 준비가 완료되었다는 말과 함께 주소가 문자로 뿅.... 해당 주소를 들어가니 또 메일정보 - 전번 정보를 받고.. 전번으로 날아온 복구코드 - 그 외 개인정보를 넣으니 복구가 완료되었습니다 -.-;; 결과적으로 복구 신청후 72시간.. 계정이 잠긴걸로는 100여시간간의 긴 사투가 끝이... p.s 이중인증이 한국에서 안되는 이유는 '위치정보'를 사용하는 기능이기에 법적 문제로 지원하지 않습니다 -.- p.s2 이중인증 기능을 키게 되면 '위치정보때문에 막혀있던 다수의 애플 기능이 다 풀리기 때문에.. 애플기기를 다수 사용하신다면 키면 정신건강에 좋습니다..' p.s3 미국 전화번호는.. 만드는 방법만 알면 누구나 1분안에 만들고 문자/전화가 실제로 되는 번호를 등록할 수 있습니다....
