유게에 올린게 반응이 좋아서 유게 도배를 하려다가 모아서 한번에 방출합니다. 스탠드업 코미디의 특성상 욕이나 비속어가 섞여있음을 주의해주시고 정치,종교 등 예민한 토픽을 건드리니 또 주의해주세요. 스탠드업 코미디를 꽤 좋아해서 웨스트 할리우드에 있는 스탠드업 코미디의 성지라는 The Comedy Store 도 한번 가본적있을 정도 입니다. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Comedy_Store 제가 간날은 Jimmy Carr라는 영국인 코미디언이 메인이었고 (메인이 제일 마지막) 서브메인은 한국계 미국인 코미디언 Bobby Lee 였습니다. 둘다 코미디계에서는 꽤 유명합니다. 오 그날 실리콘밸리에 나오는 인도 엔지니어 Kumail Nanjiani 도 있었습니다. http://imgur.com/gallery/McLYOzG 이분이요 ㅋㅋ 그날은 사실상 바비리를 보러 갔는데 유투브에서만 보던 사람을 실제로 보니까 신기했습니다. 우스꽝스러운 외모와 인종개그가 특기인데 재밌습니다. 이런 개그를 구사합니다. 사실 미국에 사는 아시안이라면 더 공감갈 개그죠. 근데 제가 제일 좋아하는 코미디언은 사실 Bill Burr 입니다. 한국에도 인지도가 꽤 있는걸로 알고 있고 번역동영상도 많네요. 굉장히 시니컬하고 현실적이고 화를 잘내는 캐릭터입니다. 흑인 와이프가 있고 최근 출산한걸로 압니다. 이분 거의 50살 ㄷㄷㄷ 인종차별,종교,정치 모든면에서 너무 리버럴하지도 않고 우쪽에 치우치지도 않은 시니컬의 정점입니다. 이분 팟캐스트가 매주 월요일 목요일날 나오는데 팟캐스트 내내 혼자 얘기를 합니다. 게스트가 없는데 재밌기로 유명하죠. 지금은 엘에이에 살지만 보스턴 출신이라 뉴잉글랜드 패트리어츠팬이고 매일 풋볼을 본다고 하죠. 팟캐스트에도 반은 풋볼얘기입니다. 이번에 넷플리스 스페셜 (1시간정도 되는 방송되는 스탠드업) 이 나왔는데 예전보다는 약~간 재미가 떨어졌는데 클래스는 어디 안가더군요. 호주출신으로 제가 알기론 빌 버보다 티켓가격도 좀더 비쌉니다. 그만큼 탑급 코미디언이고 인지도도 괜찮습니다. 빌 버 보단 리버럴한 성향을 가지고 있고 제 3국의 시각에서 미국을 보기때문에 더 사이다일수 있습니다. 이 분 개그는 인종차별을 유머를 승화시키는 능력 애드립과 상황극 능력 사회비판 능력 다 뛰어납니다. 스탠드 코미디계의 먼치킨이죠. 10년전 자신의 이름을 걸고 시작한 프로가 코미디 센트럴에서 방영한 됬는데 2시즌밖에 안했지만 지금 제 나이 세대에서는 전설로 남아있습니다. 이 프로를 하면서 돌연은퇴 비스무리했다가 요즘 다시 돌아왔습니다. 그외에도 은퇴하거나 돌아가신 George Carlin, Patrice O'Neal, Richard Pryor, Chris Rock 현역으로 유명한 Louis CK나 Jim Gaffigan,Hannibal Burress,Jim Gaffigan,Aziz Ansari 등등 많습니다.
